Stayed 2 nights, got a room down from the restaurant area to the back near the hall. The floor is sticky, the doormat can be replaced with a new one, it's very dirty. The bed linen was clean, but the smell of cigarettes smelled, unless the guest asked maybe the ashtray could just be removed from the room. The trash burns non-stop so the smoke smells non-stop day and night, unfortunately it makes you short of breath. The staff are ok, the service is quite good, especially the security is alert and polite. Plus point is the breakfast, simple local specialty but filling. There is a swimming pool suitable for those who bring children to stay overnight. Close to Cimaja beach there is a short cut directly to the road to the beach. Competitive prices and get breakfast plus points. Hot water bathroom, sitting toilet with jet shower. The location is very good.

Recently stayed at Grand Desa for 10 days, I came to surf and the location certainly did not disappoint. The staff were all incredibly amazing and the food was also very nice. I have stayed all over Indonesia and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. I unfortunately had to cut my trip short but I will be back!

The room has lots of termites and lots of lizards, the atmosphere is quite good. Breakfast is enough. There is a 24 hour Alfamart right at the entrance.

Rooms, facilities, cleanliness of service are all okayThere are water heater facilities, refrigerator, cupboard, smart TV, breakfast is also delicious, walking to the beach only takes 3 minutesMines is not suitable for resting because there is a karaoke JD at 2 in the evening and it's noisy with the karaoke because it's not soundproofed

The mattress is clean, but the floor is dirty, it's better to provide a broom in each room. The rubbish is not picked up straight away, there should be officers around to clean up the rubbish in the morning. But other services are okay. The taste of the food doesn't really hit my tongue.

The bedroom and bathroom smell bad. The bed sheets and bed covers didn't look like they had been replaced by previous guests. Breakfast cannot be packed if you want to check out before 6 because the hotel employees haven't arrived yet. For the same price you can get a Grand Inna Beach hotel room with comfortable and clean facilities. Unfortunately, the Grand Inna hotel was full and finally we got to Grand Desa. Not really recommended
