The price is 100 thousand but this place is as comfortable, the AC is cold, the Android TV runs smoothly, the kids like it

Cheap, clean & okay

Rooms that are worth it for around 100 thousand. Located 15-20 minutes from the center of Surakarta City. The room size is quite spacious. The bathroom shower functions well (both hot and cold water). There is a smart TV and also a kettle for brewing tea/coffee that has been prepared. WiFi is a bit slow on the top floor, but on the bottom floor it's okay.

Comfortable, clean and quiet place. The location is in the middle of a residential area. The air is still cool (in the morning) and cold (at night) because there are still rice fields around the accommodation. There are deluxe (2 people) & family (>2 people) room types. For deluxe rooms, the rooms are on the 1st floor and have a view of a small garden. Meanwhile, the family type rooms are located on the 2nd floor.Good service and friendly staff. Prices are also friendly. There are towels and complete amenities like in star hotels. It's close to the camping post, so apart from being supervised by the staff, you can also monitor it from local residents who are on guard at the camping post 😂It is just:1. The location is a bit far from the main road and is in a residential area, so it's a long way to buy food, but online delivery is still accessible. Suggestions for those who want to stay here:- Before going to the accommodation,have a snack first, and or- Can buy food online.2. The parking lot only fits around 4-5 cars. So when it's quiet, it's nice because parking is free.3. The channels on my room TV do not vary. Type of Android TV that can be accessed via the internet, but can only access YouTube and Vidio services (which are free/not premium access). So I'm a bit annoyed, intermittently the ads and the internet are slow.4. The distance between the bed and the ceiling of the room is a bit short (for a family room), so I stumbled several times 😅5. The stairs are a bit risky, so you have to be careful (family type rooms).Actually, for family type rooms, there is another back door access (between the stairs and the bathroom), but there is no key. So I'm curious about what it is and what is its purpose?

It's good, but the car park can only accommodate 4 units

+ Spacious room, nice design, good spring bed, parquet wood flooring, right? So it's not cold to lie on the floor. The downside is that some of the gaps are not tight.+Furniture has many functions. There is also a cupboard with hangers for storing things, a table for placing food, and a sink drawer in the bathroom. Anyway, there are lots of places to organize things.+Get 2 towels, 1 mat, toothbrush, soap, hot kettle, tea coffee sugar, smart TV, extra bedcover and 1 bolster.+The bathroom is spacious, clean, warm water works, shower has 3 modes, flush is okay, there is a shower jet.+The quality of the bed, bedcover, sofabed, everything is good. Thick and soft.Minuses:- When I came here there was a problem with the drain, so every time I flushed there was a bad smell, and it seemed like it was in the water.-Some of the lights are off in the mezzanine of room 9- The door handle has a problem, so the door can't close itself, you have to open and close the lock so it can close-The bathroom seems to need to be closed with the shower curtain because when you shower the water splashes all the way to the sink and toilet. Even though the concept of the bathroom looks like a dry model, it's still a bit muddy because the shower is open.-It's a bit far if you want to look for food, you have to ride a motorbike to go out. The nearest stall is also incomplete.-There is no shared refrigerator to store foodSuggestion-There's a clothesline for the bunnies so they can be put outside, which would be great, heheOveralls:I stayed for 2 days and really felt at home here. Because it's still new, the AC, heater and all the equipment still function well. The hot water is really hot. The 2nd floor is very comfortable, there are chairs for sitting outside while enjoying the sunrise and fresh air. I just feel like this building isn't 100% perfect, it looks like it's not ready yet but it's already open. In room 9 last night it was leaking and pooling. And I feel there is a lack during development. Regarding service, the staff are nice and always ready to help. With the price offered, I'm very satisfied, I don't want to complain too much. And if you have the chance, you can come back again. Because this is the most comfortable and cheapest family room even though it is far from the city center of Solo. Hopefully the shortcomings can be repaired and can be maintained continuously so that it remains good. Success etc.
