The villa is spacious enough for 30 people, there are 7 rooms available. On the 1st floor there are 4 rooms, on the 2nd floor there are 3 rooms. There are quite a lot of bathrooms on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. It's a bit hot during the day but at night it's quite cold. The swimming pool is clean, there are children's and adult pools. HK is friendly, ask for help, can it be done straight away. The location is also not far from the Caringin toll gate and there are many rafting spots around there.5 cars can enter.

Alhamdulillah, the place is very nice, comfortable, there are lots of nice rooms (7 rooms), the bathroom is clean, 3 dining tables, the kitchen is spacious, clean, neat, the guards are friendly, suitable for family gatherings, there are karaoke facilities, ping pong tables and a swimming pool for you. small children & adults, you won't regret staying and vacationing here ✨👍🏻👍🏻

The spacious billa has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 floors, but the top floor is just for rooms. There are smart TV facilities, ping pong tables and swimming pools. The swimming pool is 5-6 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep. There is a speaker and mic, only the mic cable needs to be untied to make it work because it's a bit damaged.The downside is that the villa's location is on a narrow road, so access is a bit difficult and noisy. The parking space for 5 large cars (equivalent to Avabza) and 1 small car (Brio) is really hard, and requires parking skills 😂Overall the villa is okay, just the location. The service for the owner is also pretty good.

had a pleasant stay here.The villa is clean, big, 7 BR with 9 beds.4 bathrooms, all have water heaters.suitable for large family gatherings(16++ adults can still fit)wifi is superrr fast👌🏻there is a mic for karaoke.the guards are also friendly and helpful.not far from the caringin/cijeruk toll exit, so there's no traffic jam💯It's quite an alternative to stay other than at the top.The downside is that yesterday I just had a miscommunication with the admin. I said we wanted to check in early, we were okay with it, but it turned out that the previous guest checked out late, and the villa guard didn't inform us that we wanted to check in early, so when we wanted to go in, the villa was still being cleaned. but no problem, you can wait a bit, hopefully the admin can communicate better with the villa guard...

The villa is large, enough to bring 5-6 families.The rooms are clean and smell good, the swimming pool is clean. The location is also not a traffic jam area, so access there is easy.Our suggestions, things that need to be improved:1. The lights in the downstairs bathroom near the kitchen are not bright enough, considering the bathroom is quite large.2. The back terrace lights also need to be replaced because they tend to be dim, considering that the area behind the villa is covered in trees so it was felt that they needed bright lights.The rest was really okay, the villa was well maintained, clean and the owner was very kind, we were allowed early check in and late checkout. Thank you..

Having stayed here twice, it makes me feel at home...The villa is really spacious, very comfortable for staying with a large family, it's close to the toll road, 10 minutes. Complete facilities, there is a BBQ, karaoke, ping pong, a complete kitchen, lots of trendy photo spots, spacious parking, the host is also friendly...

There are 7 large rooms in all, you can add an extra bed, they are clean, the bathroom is also clean and there is warm water. There are also many shared rooms: front, back, side, including those near the swimming pool. Parking for up to 4-5 cars (depending on the size of the car). Spacious kitchen plus dining room. Yesterday there were more than 20 people here, it was still comfortable. The guards are also friendly and helpful.
