I just visited my friend. She rented this Kost monthly. The building is quite nice and the floor plan is efficient with your own laundry area for each room. Parking is spacious for both cars and motorcycles.You can rent daily also. I took a picture of the accommodation. Room is ok, the bathroom is clean and everything looks neat except the bed-sheets which I'm not sure if they clean and change it everyday.

Unwinding...resting comfortably after traveling for several days...the place is clean and safe...the view is also good...and it feels like home.plus the service is very friendly...even without bringing a marriage certificate.by chance several times The hotel nearby refused because they didn't bring a marriage certificate...the facilities were very complete...

Stay here. WIFI is prioritized, so that the signal is fast, the password can be automatically written in the room. Wow, the room smells nice, clean. A large, soft, nice thick wide towel. There is a towel rack, a shoe rack, there is mineral water. On the top floor, the view is good, there is space left for drying towels, a view of the fields/rice fields. good. Unfortunately... it would be good for LBH to check the liquid soap so that it's not empty, fortunately I always bring toiletries. And the shower water volume on the top floor is less stable... maybe the upward water pressure needs to be checked or repaired. Overall good, want to come back again. Thank you, Uncle Paulan

I like staying here... The guys are really friendly, I was given the wrong room but in the end they were given the room I ordered. The bed is big, the AC is good, the hot water runs smoothly. Only the floor is a bit dusty and there's very little bath soap, just a suggestion, before guests come, check the floor, bro... But over all, at that price, it's worth it. Will be a KL customer returning to Solo 🥳🥳

The condition of the accommodation is dirty, there is still a lot of dust, hair on the floor of the room, and footprints in the bathroom, the internet connection is also very slow so it hinders work which requires mobility and a stable internet connection, there are still many rooms or accommodation with a price of more than 180k OK, hopefully it can be improved in the future
