Positive:1. The location of the accommodation is close to the station, restaurants, markets, etc2. Ample parking, can fit around 5 cars and maybe 10 motorbikes3. The room is quite spacious, the mattress is sufficient for resting, the pillow is thick, there is a bolster but it is very thin, the blanket is also thick4. The AC is quite cold5. Hot water works well6. There are tables, chairs, cupboards and large mirrors7. The guards are very friendlyLack:1. The bathroom is a bit old, needs extra cleaning because there are lots of yellow stains2. The rooms are large and quite clean. Friendly guard. Strategic location. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty because there were small worms. Then there is no hanger provided, even though there is a cupboard.

Unforgettable experience, the sink was leaking... the toilet was broken..., the water pump was dead, the water was very dirty, there were cockroaches... the rubbish wasn't taken out regularly so there were lots of ants, there was no drinking water, soap etc., please improve the service so that customers can visit become homely.

The one on duty during check in and out is poll friendly. The rooms are okay because the building is a bit old. The bed is good for resting. There is a table but no chairs.Pluses:1. Apart from friendly service, the value is also not too expensive, there are deluxe and VIP room options available, 2-story building, access stairs are not too narrow, clean rooms, close to the city center, minimart, Purwosari Station, Hospital, Solo Grand Mall, Sentra Batik Laweyan, fast access to the Manahan stadium, terminal, near the hangout place (Wedangan), field, easy access to the main road, spacious parking, the road around the location is quite wide, you can wash the car too, free wifi, free water by dispenser at the FO, free use of the kitchen, suitable for travelers, backpackers, transiters and all groups.

This is the first time I've stayed at a home stay which is really dirty, especially the bathroom is really dirty. It's like it's never been cleaned. The bathroom door is broken, just left it. The water is not clean and not very smooth. There's no drinking water, there's no toothpaste. There's AC. It's buzzing noisily like usual. Usually at other home stays it's complete. But at this home stay it's really disappointing
