The hotel is very clean... the bathroom is clean... even though the design is old, it is clean. The people on guard are also friendly... the location is close to wherever you want to go. Finding food is easy. Very close to the station too.

The rooms are clean, the service is good but the car park is narrow and it's not free to get in and out because you have to keep reporting to open and close the gate

Dear Reddoorz, my friend had to have his thigh sewn up with 20++ stitches because there was a lock in the bathroom in one of the rooms here. He was forced to break through the glass door because he had difficulty breathing because he locked the key inside. Hotel management's response? Bad. In fact, my friend was told to compensate me, even though he was forced to, and the door handle was broken from the start. Please increase your empathy for your employees, OK? Even if you only stay for 1-2 days, guests are still guests whose safety and comfort you must ensure.

It should not be 1 star but more suitable without stars. Please maintain the door handle frequently, don't let the door lock get locked in the bathroom again and have to kick the door to save yourself until your legs tear 20++ stitches. My friend had to do this because he was short of breath and when he asked for help no one came.Disappointed with the way management handles customer complaints, such as lack of professionalism and lack of education.I still need to learn a lot to process words well with my customers :)If you can't reimburse the medical costs, YES AT LEAST it should be said in pleasant and professional language, and don't ask the victim for "COMPANY COSTS" for the victim, but the victim also has to do damage to property to save himself.I know your property is important, but people's lives are more important, bro!confused about where humanity lies :) tsk.Maybe the Reddoorz center could help with service training at Reddoorz Cangkring.

So bad! The bathroom door handle was broken but it wasn't repaired even though many victims had already died. Yesterday my friend was locked in the bathroom for almost half an hour asking for help but no one came until he had to break the glass bathroom door and ended up tearing his leg with 20 stitches. This means that it is no longer about visitor comfort, but visitor safety is also ignored by the management. If you have more budget, it's better to look for a hotel or other accommodation that is more appropriate, at least one that doesn't make you want to die.

Last night I took my friend who was staying alone in this place to the Emergency Room (IGD). Previously, he was locked in the bathroom where the door handle was broken (can be seen in the photo). He had been screaming for help for almost half an hour but no one heard, he was starting to get short of breath because of the stuffy and hot air, & almost fainted. Finally, he was determined to break through the glass bathroom door in order to get out of there alive, which resulted in his thighs and calves being torn by pieces of broken glass. When I returned from the hospital, the broken glass and my friend's blood had been cleaned up. However, the only guard that night said that my friend was not allowed to move rooms and was told to use the bathroom which was probably more than 10 meters across from his room. In fact, it was already difficult for him to even walk (FYI, my friend had more than 20 stitches and the wound on his thigh was quite deep). We also still found glass shards on mattresses, floor surfaces, and of course in the bathroom.More than that, my friend was asked to pay the cost of compensating for the completely damaged glass door and RedDoorz was reluctant to cover a penny of the cost of treating my friend's injuries. He also claimed that previously the room was in good condition and there were no problems. In fact, it was clear that the bathroom door handle had been broken from the start and was impossible to open from the inside if the door accidentally closed, as was the case with my friend. The next day, a different guard said my friend didn't need to reimburse the compensation costs, but they still couldn't reimburse the hospital costs which were 5x the price of the room rental. Until the checkout process was complete, the guard could only apologize, but my friend had already suffered such serious injuries. The management and handling of consumers at this place is very bad, and the experience certainly left trauma for those of us who were at the crime scene last night. Now, if you were in my friend's position, would you do the same thing, or resign yourself to running out of breath in the bathroom (and perhaps only being discovered hours later/the next day)?
