The sheets are torn, the interior of the room is not maintained & not cleaned enough, the hot water is dead, the WiFi doesn't reach the room (I'm room 203), there are no hotel slippers & bathroom mats, the AC isn't cold enough...Breakfast was delivered to the room, even though the confirmation when I checked in said it was buffet...Very strategic location...

DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU'RE A WOMAN, ESPECIALLY ALONE BECAUSE:1. The door couldn't be double locked, it had crack marks, he said it was because someone had a key inside so the double lock was broken through (grandfather, that doesn't make sense, other hotels are like that too, wow)2. The hotel is scary at all, it's like an old hotel and it's not that clean3. The AC is not cold4. Lots of mosquitoes5. The pillowcase has stains6. Flush closet is off, shower closet is off7. Don't get soap to wash your hands8. Only 1 sandal9. The receptionist just doesn't smile, hahahaThe only good thing is: the sheets smell good, in front of the Richeese Hotel and Indomaret Point 24 hoursThat's allBye, I won't be staying there again with 255k already using the app promoBetter to go to a cheap guesthouse 🙂🙏🏻

Standard prices, but very good service. Just stayed overnight but next time you can repeat order.Left something in the room when I wanted to take it back, the hotel team was quick to help find it and return it.Asked to change the bed sheets directly with someone, asked to help turn on the AC (because there was a special setting) and also helped immediately.

In my experience it is quite good, parking attendants direct directions clearly when there is an event, usually participants are looking around and don't know where to go. This is good for being directed to the parking lot or to the elevator.Just put it in, the prayer place is given access for the disabled, yesterday my friend who is disabled crawled out of his wheelchair to do ablution and pray. 🥲In the lobby it also seems like there is no access to get on and off the disabled. But I'm sure that in the future, after this input, it will be improved.God willing.Thank you for your attention.

I still appreciate the 5 stars overall, even though the room and bathroom are not very clean. I still appreciate the service efforts provided.Breakfast turned out to be just nasgor delivered to the room.Had to move rooms because the AC in the first room was broken.

The room was dirty, the bathroom also not clean, the sheets are dirty, i asked to change it but still get the dirty one, the towel also dirty, this hotel migh be old hotel, the room wasn’t clean at all i booked 3 room and each ons of it is dirty
