This is the worst option I've come across on Gili Trawangan, most of the reviews here are about the old building, the hotel is not located in it now. The condition of the room is terrible - the sockets and door handle are torn off, the furniture is old and shabby, the plaster is falling off the walls from moisture. The room itself was very poorly cleaned, the bed linen was stained, and there was someone's half-eaten cookies on the floor in the corner. During the 6 days I stayed, they didn’t even sweep the floor in my room! Toiletries are not provided, there is not even a bar of soap, there is only one towel for 6 days.You can safely skip breakfast, they give you one egg with a piece of bread and tea/coffee, more like slop, made with desalinated tap water!The electricity went out three times in 6 days.Oh, and absolute audibility, on the first night I woke up to the sound of someone eating chips on the street. You can hear your neighbor’s every word and, in addition, there is a mosque nearby, from five in the morning a megaphone starts blaring calls to prayer. From the center it takes about five minutes by bike along a completely dead road

The location is a curse because it's close to a very very loud mosque.5am loud wake-ups daily.The hard backed chair in the photos were not there is a stool.The air con goes off every other day for hours meaning you'll sweat in a box.There's no drinking water as advertised available. There is often no staff on reception to talk to and the WhatsApp number belongs to a previous staff member.The room could do with a fridge to keep water cold and a kettle to make coffee as there's only one place open at 5am after the mosque wakes you.According to past reviews on here they used to serve breakfast and that would have been ideal as there's not many places open when you wake at 5am.I wouldn't recommend this place as it wasn't a comfortable stay overall. The local cat made things a little more pleasant and the snall water we received on arrival was appreciated.
