It's big scamming for this place ,the place not exactly like the pictures, its look so nasty room ,dirty ,smely not even have fresh water you totally shower with sea water in the room,hopefully all the apps will block this place ,its realy big scammer place

Do not go there.Rooms are smelling, dirty, AC is not working, no proper staff, yuck washroom, smelling bedsheet and towels.No responsible staff is there, no one will pick your luggage.Empty pool and messy garden.Too far from harber and main road .

This place is a big SCAM!!!! Looks like abandoned stay. No Blanket, the water is so salty, and the bed is so dirty!!!! I don’t understand why they keep accepting booking! The aircon is not even cold. Its like a fan. BS! Wasting money and time .

Think of it as sleeping outdoors but with more comforts. If you don’t want to pay for something more comfortable, it's a good, more economical, and simple alternative. It depends on how you look at it. It can definitely be improved a lot and become a very good lodging option. Friendly and courteous service.

There was a big hole in the room with a diameter of 30 centimeters in front of the bathroom. They have meproposed to change hotels at my expense and they would say they wouldn't charge me. Of course they did it anyway. They made me waste a day to find another accommodation, ruining a day of the holiday. The only Indonesians who are rude and ready to rip you off. TERRIBLE.

SCAMMERS AVOID! Do not book here- when we arrived to the accomodation there was no reception, no staff and the accomodation was still being built to our suprise. Once we found a man working there building we asked him to call someone who could check us in. At this point a few other customers had also started waiting to be checked in to. We had to wait 40 minutes for a man to arrive he said we would all be checking in to a new hotel down the road. After walking ten minutes he introduced us to a man called Mr breadly who asked us to wait whilst he contacts his boss Called Christine Yoni Taha to see where we will be staying. After 30 more minutes he said he can check us in down the road to a new accomodation that had similar rooms. Once we walked another 5 minutes we arrived at the third and final place called “ilalang village gili trawangan” opposite a field of rubbish. Once entering it was nothing alike the room we had booked. For 150 aud for three nights! Not cleaned properly a terrible smell from the bathroom and bad air conditioning as you can imagine we were very frustrated with our Experience. They told us reception if we need anything. I asked to talk to Mr breadly at reception and to our disappointment he was no where to be seen or to talk to. Later on we had power cuts every time we tried using one of the plug sockets! The following day we also couldn’t use any water- no toilet, shower or sink would work! Again I asked to speak to me breadly or his boss and I was told he had gone to lombok and she was on a plane. I started a complaint through agoda and I haven’t been able to get anywhere due to Mr. Breadly or Christine Yani taha ignoring several calls and emails from agoda and myself. Terrible accomodation even worse customer service . Do not book with these scammers! PAID 150 AUD for a bad experience!

I recently stayed at this property and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were left waiting for over an hour with no communication from the management. After being relocated twice due to issues with the property, we were finally told that our booking couldn't be found, even though we had a confirmed reservation.This wasn’t just an isolated incident. I heard from other travelers that similar issues have happened to them as well. It seems that the management is overwhelmed and more interested in financial gain than in providing a positive experience for guests. There were also unsettling rumors that the owner frequently relies on new boyfriends from abroad to finance her ventures, which perhaps explains why the focus seems to be on expanding rather than on quality service.Unfortunately, this has led to a consistently unprofessional atmosphere and poor management. I would advise others to be cautious when booking here and consider alternative accommodations.

Can not leave less than 1 star unfortunately. The place was an accumulation of dust, ants on the bed, and spiders. It was not clean at all, and the bathroom was unusable. The smell of mold was in the air, making the whole place dangerous and harmful to health. Shameful and a big scam! We ran away without even putting down our backpacks, looking for new accommodation because staying there was impossible and dangerous to our health. Shame of you!!!

I recently stayed at this accommodation and found it to be less than satisfactory. The place seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The room appeared to have been unused for quite some time, with a considerable amount of dust despite the efforts of the cleaning staff. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there was no running water, prompting me to use the bathroom facilities at another hotel, which was inconveniently located.Upon returning to my assigned room, I discovered an ant infestation in the bed, making it feel like I was sleeping on an ant nest. Furthermore, the door to the room could not be locked securely, and the bathroom was left unclean, with dirt and debris on the floor. The air conditioning unit was also non-functional, adding to the discomfort.Although the staff attempted to address the issues promptly, the overall condition of the room and facilities was subpar. The swimming pool, advertised as an amenity, was dry and unusable. All in all, I would not recommend staying here, as it did not justify the cost and presented numerous inconveniences. Additionally, the nighttime noise from nearby bars and the mosque further added to the drawbacks. You may find similar sentiments in other reviews on booking platforms.
