You can see that in its day, when it was renovated (I suppose a couple of years ago) the infrastructure was good, but you can see the passage of time and the lack of maintenance as well as thorough cleaning. I give some reasons:1. Broken outside door lock.2. Dirty pool bottom.3. Dirty hammocks4. Dirty towels (they changed them on the second day)5. Yellow sheet covers (originally they would be white)6. Reasonable doubt about sheets changed from previous guests (we understand that yes), but they smelled different from freshly washed towels.7. Outdoor refrigerator lack of care as it is exterior and requires more care.8. Hand soap not replenished, they refill it on the second day.9. Shower with lack of water pressure.10. The repellent they give us for insects and possible cockroaches is almost used up (we only had visitors the last morning, when we were leaving, thank goodness).11. Cracks in walls12. The screen of the air conditioning remote control was not visible (its operation has been perfect)13. They do not provide drinking water for oral hygiene, even if you ask for it.14. For breakfast, notify the day before, and sometimes it is ineffective in the request.I attach some photoCertainly Didit does everything he can to help, but it is a bit big because the price you pay VS the service and rooms is not worth it. I don't know the experience of other travelers or what other stays they have been to that they have compared this one to. In our case we came from Puri Sarawasti in Bali and Meliá in Yogyakarta for the same prices and it has nothing to do with it, but nothing. I guess it's the island's toll, it's a shame really. If I return to Gili I recommend the hotels in the west of the island, the best area for sunsets by far.

We had a wonderful stay at The Villa at The Haven in Gili Trawangan. Despite some of the other reviews, I found the villa to be impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out, and it exceeded my expectations. The design of the villa is simply stunning, particularly the bathroom, which feels luxurious and spa-like. The swimming pool was another highlight, providing a tranquil space to relax.The manager was extremely helpful and responsive, always quick to address any queries or requests we had during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a beautiful, peaceful retreat in Gili Trawangan!

Excellent place! Beautiful villa with perfect pool!! Everything very clean and well maintained. Didit, our host is very friendly, detailed and attentive.He was there for us for everything and left us some bicycles so we could move around the island, as well as a very good welcome gift! Delighted with it and looking forward to returning!!
