We only rented bikes there, the owner was very unfriendly and rude. The bikes themselves were fine

We had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The service was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling, which was well-organized, and the transportation provided was quick and convenient. The owner was very kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

UNACCEPTABLEThe room they assigned us did not correspond at all to the description that appeared on the website.We are in a service area, next to a gas stove with several cylinders, which is not only uncomfortable but also dangerous. This situation was not mentioned in the offer at any time. Upon arriving at the place, we immediately requested a change, but the host flatly refused, telling us that we had to pay for a stay that did not conform to what was offered.Not forgetting that a rat visited us 3 times during the night.It is unacceptable that accommodation is offered under such misleading circumstances, which clearly constitutes fraud and a scam on the client.

We had a wonderful time at this guesthouse! Great food, beautiful rooms, lovely staff. Good coffee, beautiful coral reef just off the beach.Would highly recommend!

Resort is located in the north of Gili Air, therefore somewhat remote. Rooms are nice, spacious and the bathroom is partly outside (nice). Service is very nice and helpful. Really think along with you. Always neat, cheerful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Bintang Tiga. The room was very clean and seemed to be quite new. The staff was very friendly. I also really enjoyed the delicious food right at the beach. We would definitely stay again, if we come to Gili Air again. Thank you!

Very nice and cheerful staff. The bungalows are new, flooded with light and beautifully furnished.We had only booked for two nights, but because we liked it so much we extended it for another seven nights.The attached restaurant is incredibly good, we ate there every day.The location is great, right by the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset from the beach restaurant.If we come to Gili Air again, we will book with Bintang Tiga again.

Completely renovated houses in a beautiful location!We were the first to sleep in the new yellow house with a lovely bed, air conditioning and a beautiful bathroom. Healing food is exactly what it says, healing, incredibly healthy and delicious (the lasagna and kombucha are our favorite). I advised everyone on the Rinjani hike to eat here and they all said it was the tastiest food on the island. Highly recommended with lovely staff and owners.Thank you Bintang Tiga for a stay in paradise!
