Just dirty. Floor was filthy. Sheets were not changed and torn. Shower could not be used. No coffee or tea replenished. Only 1 cup. You just had to drink beer from the bottle. In short, much to improve. A nice location on the beach.

Total disorganization. Dirty rooms that have NEVER been made up in 5 days of stay. Sheets with stains that we had to have changed, mosquito net unusable due to the dead insects present, encrusted toilet seat. …

The room and bathroom were quite dirty. They do not clean your room during your stay. There are no hangers or a mini fridge. What I liked most was the location since it is a quiet area but surrounded by very good restaurants and the breakfast is great and you can choose whatever you want.

When we arrived the receptionist was taking a nap on the counter. In the room there were a large number of mosquitoes and no shower towels. After asking 3 times they finally took the time to come and bring us linens. The service is terrible and the place is not clean. I advise you to go your way.

It is a cheap stay. But i am still not sure if it was with it. Our aircon did not work properly, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed was horrible. The bed was making loud noises every time we turned and you could feel the spring in the mattress.However! The local is excellent, so if you are a heavy sleeper and are looking for a cheap stay, this might be the place for you. The breakfast is quite good, you will get to see the Sunset from the beach in front of the hotel, and is on a nice and quiet part of the island.

We let ourselves be convinced by the good reviews, remaining a little disappointed by the staff, when we arrived no one welcomed us with half a smile, a boy was sleeping on a bench another was doing his business on the beach, we had made a reservation in previously via email for excursions (snorkeling) and whoever we spoke to at reception downloaded the request to a colleague and no one was able to reply, so we preferred to reserve elsewhere. Nobody gave us information about breakfast times, check out, Wi-Fi password etcAt the time of payment, having reserved in Booking, we were told that we could not make the payment from there and we therefore had to pay the room directly to them, with a higher price than the one we had reserved. The rooms were a bit poorly maintained. A few more precautions would be enough, luckily we only stayed one night.
