By far the best accommodation we stayed in whilst on the three Gili Islands.This place came in under our budget and the rooms were clean with great air con and good mosquitoe nets. The bathroom was outside, located on the back of the bungalow. The shower was cold but it was fresh water (not salted like a lot of places on the islands). Clean, new bed linen. Although an extra thin blanket would have been nice.The pool area was great, right next to the beach. There were also sunbeds shaded by trees looking out to sea. Bar prices were very good. Food was standard.The staff here are amazing, very chatty and friendly. Especially the young man behind the bar.You can have your laundry done here for 30k per kilo. Our laundry came back smelling very fresh.The location is roughly a 15 minute walk back to the harbour were the main shops and restaurants are however there are many places to eat and drink up and down the beachfront.

Very nice and comfortable bungalows for life on a small island.You have direct access to the beach.It is about 2.5 km from the port so it is best to take a bicycle to get around.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and even though the staff is kind and friendly, there were rat feces everyday on top of our bed and towels, we though at first it was because we left the bathroom door open but after seeing it happen again we confirm the rats were inside the room the whole time. Everything inside the room is old damaged and dirty. Hope they can improve in the future as the hotel has great location. Price not worth it.

Clean and pleasant, the staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I can find fault with is a very old and damaged toilet seat. We spent a week there, I recommend it :)

Superbly well located, with a turtle spot right in front of the hotel, very pleasant and attentive staff. Bike rental at the hotel and laundry service!The only downside is the bathroom.

I only went there because you can see turtles and even swim with them, especially at dawn. Regarding the service and attention, I don't know what it is like but the turtles can be seen and they are there.

We were going to stay at this hotel for 4 nights, the reception at the hotel by Jan was great, but the bungalow that we got... Completely disgusting. I don't know if they would all be the same as the one we had but there was a lack of cleaning and maintenance.Seeing the horrible condition, we asked for a change of bungalow. They told us that they were full and that the next day after breakfast they would give us another one. We spent the night with the light on because we were constantly hearing animal noises inside the room (in the afternoon we saw animal poop on the bed and on the floor). The next day, we went to ask for the change that they had promised us and coincidences of life they no longer had a room, they were full again. Due to this situation we decided to cancel the reservation through Booking and ask for a refund for the remaining 3 nights, in the end they returned them to us but that was true... after 2 hours fighting with them to get our money back.Anyway... A disaster of site, maintenance and lack of seriousness.

We spent two nights here and had a great time! The room is spacious, the bathroom is outdoors like the typical bathrooms here. Cleaning is done every day. Wi-Fi works, breakfast is good. The swimming pool is beautiful (the water is a little salty!). Worthy of note are the location of the hotel, the seafront location and above all the staff! Absolutely recommended!

Excellent locationDirectly in front of the spot where the turtles are.The room is clean like the bathroom, the water in the shower is slightly salty but you quickly get used to it, perfect bedding with mosquito netPerfect breakfast like meals. We were there for 4 nightsThe staff are lovelyDouble deckchair facing the sea, the calm is truly relaxing.Several warungs within a few minutes by bike or even on foot.The hotel rents bicycles.We rented our bikes at the port when we arrived we traveled with backpacks so it was an easier 20 minutes to the hotel.
