We ate fish at the restaurant. Not fresh and hard to chew. Barbeque sauce was ok.

We had drinks and dinner and it was very good. The very cool sunset with the Agung in the background. The food was great, we had some burgers and fries. A bit expensive for what the country is but it is worth it for the quality of the product and the views. Very nice service people.

The most important thing first, the staff there is just great!! So kind and friendly and always smiling.. Thank you guys to make our holiday as great as it was♡If you like to do a snorkeling trip (we would highly recommend that), the boat will pick you up directly in front of the hotel!

Nice rooms, clean, very friendly staff, a little far from the center, but there are also restaurants and shops nearby, from the hotel beach you can see incredible sunsets and there is a swing in the water to take nice photos, the only bad thing is We stayed for 4 days and they did not change the towels on any day and a suggestion would not be bad if they put a large mirror in the room

We stayed here for 7 nights - Great accommodation, location and hospitality.The staff here cannot do enough for you.All the staff are very friendly and always great you with a smile. All the restaurant and bar staff were awesome and I highly recommend this great resort and cannot wait to return.

We ate here following a power outage on the island. Surprised by a great barbecue we stopped and ate grilled squid. What a delight! It was a great experience with really nice staff.

We booked 4 nights but we stay only two nights.the place is beautiful and all personal are very kind and friendly. The reception is very helpful and Eddy from the bar is great. However we booked the couple basic room that it was very bad quality,pictures are showing the quality and unfortunately we decide to leave early. They offered for one night only one of family bungalow, and that was amazing. I will racomand to no book the basi room.
