-Usual glasses for using the toilet are placed in the room instead of drinking glasses.-Just put the toilet paper roll like that.-There is no heating kettle. Take water from the dispenser outside for the public which is really dirty.-The AC is not cold enough, maybe it is rarely washed or has to be filled with freon.

I think this hotel is very good, when I stayed here I got stained bed sheets, but when I complained to the receptionist my bed sheets were immediately replaced.Even for the surrounding environment, because it is not a busy environment, resting here is also very calm.For the price I got, I was very satisfied with the service from this hotel.

This hotel is quite nice and comfortable.Friendly receptionist.There are some unpleasant room facilities, especially the water in the closed door is not running smoothly, you have to wait a few minutes.The TV cannot be turned on.There is only 1 hanger.Welcome drinks must be filled outside the dispensers provided on each floor.For breakfast, only fried rice costs 30 thousand delivered to the room.The atmosphere in front of the second floor rooms is quite serene and has a garden feel. Can be used as a relaxing and smoking area.Around the hotel there are warmindo and angkringan, so if you want to drink coffee at night you can go there.

Very disappointing, coming from Jakarta, leaving since the evening, arriving at 8 o'clock, having eaten etc., at 11 o'clock I went to the hotel to ask for help if the check-in process for one of the rooms booked could be faster because I had children with me. The receptionist just said it couldn't be done according to check-in hours, there was no tolerance for answers that were straightforward and didn't care. Not recommended to stay here. I regret ordering here. The receptionist's response was very unpleasant and there were many reasons.

To grand sahman:The first impression of the hotel here is that the place is cozy, comfortable, the reception is also friendly. But there is one thing that cannot be forgotten when I enter the room and my child goes to the bathroom and there is still a CD from the previous guest. Huh, this is what makes me annoyed, isn't there a check first from housekeeping? Please advise the hotel before guests enter, check everything first to see whether it is really clean or not!!

It's really bad. AC is hot. Dirty room. Dirty bed linen. The toilet water leaks when flushed. I wanted to complain that there was no telephone call from the room, it was already late at night and I really didn't want to go down the stairs. As a result, I slept on a sheet, luckily I brought it, also wore a mukena, so it didn't get on the sheet. Come on, get ready as early as possible

The hotel is quite quiet and clean. But because I got a cheap price from Agoda, I was given a small corner room. I can't even pray in the room. Luckily there is a prayer room on the 1st floor.Drinking water can be refilled. Soap, shampoo and toothpaste, and towels are available. The warm water is also on... the AC is dripping waterThe front office lady forgot to give me the WiFi password last night. The staff is not friendly, they are not diligent in greeting guests

Amenities only soap + bottled shampoo, nothing else... Blas... No prayer mats, no mats... 220 thousand without breakfast... Transvision TV,... What is it, new hotels nowadays are competing with features, right? . The experience of a hotel of this class for 200 thousand is much better than this. Working around so staying in a hotel is an obligation... I wouldn't come back here if I didn't... Business hotels are cheaper than this but they're good, you know... It's nice to find food close to the food stalls

Comfortable hotel for a cheap price. The bathroom water flows smoothly, there is warm water. Transvision cable TV, children can watch children's films. Great family type mattress. Unlike 3 star hotels where the mattress is usually curved. There are outdoor gardens on the 2nd floor and 1st floor. The interior layout is beautiful. Drinking water dispensers are available. Strategic location near the big market, city hall. the receptionist is friendly and informative. The only drawback is that the stairs are narrow. If I go to Solo again, it seems like it will be the main choice for such a cheap price... Get it for 200 thousand.Thank you for being able to upgrade the deluxe room to a family room... Always success.
