If you want to stay here. Read my review firstI'm reviewing this very honestly. It could be an improvement in service by the hotel manager.If you want to say the price is good, it doesn't seem right.This hotel is really not very well maintained.1. There are 2 receptionists who are really juteeeeeeeeeek.2. Dirty stairs, like they have never been swept/mopped.3. The elevator is broken so don't ever bring your parents to stay at this hotel, unless the elevator can be used.4. The room has no towels, the TV doesn't use an STB so it only has 3 channels, the mattress looks like it's going to sink, the telephone to call the receptionist CANNOT BE USED.5. The bathroom smells super duper like a 2014 train. There is no hot water at all. There is no bathroom freshener.6. At night, the front light in the room is very dim... because I probably haven't cleaned it.I've only ever experienced that in a hotel room you have to ask for towels first, not be provided or delivered after check in and the towels are not plain white like other hotel towels, but are patterned like old towels that are already worn out.The TV is only RCTI, INDOSIAR, and did I forget THAT'S A TOTAL BUREMMM.Honestly, the room is spacious, but it's not really worth staying there again.

Ordering via Onthespot Rp. 375,000 with inadequate facilities, no WIFi room, no hot water bath, no kettle, no coffee, tea, sugar, no sandals, no telephone, no antenna cable TVHopefully with this review the hotel management can re-evaluate so that customers remain loyal

Very disappointed, if you are no longer able to manage it well, don't continue, if this is the case, guests feel cheated, they have paid on the application, the photos are good when they arrive, everything is not suitable, the bathroom is dirty and smelly, the AC is leaking, the goods are not suitable. I've been staying for a few months now but I've only just reviewed it, hopefully it won't be reckless in the future, poor guests will feel cheated if they order via apk...

the AC wasn't cold, asked to turn on the TV which was hard to turn on and didn't respond, the water that was making the bath was hard to come out, that's it, the bathtub couldn't be closed properly. the price of 500k a night is not reasonable. Think again if you want to stay overnight

Expensive prices are not given a note and breakfast, cheap lodgings are only given a note and breakfast, there is no hot water for bathing either.

There is no payment receipt, the price is 300 sold for 600 for a family room. Even though we have stayed here many times. Maybe there was fraud committed by the receptionist

So far I've checked in here several times because the room prices are quite worth it.I think there will be better improvements to the service and room facilities. Turns out there wasn't any at all. The employees are rude and arrogant. I felt very disappointed as a guest. Towels must be requested, the TV remote does not have batteries. The AC is not cold. Bed sheets with lots of stains.Management should be more concerned about this. Because after all, this is a service.
