BAD ATTITUDE, BAD SERVICES!!!!!I arrived at 12 o'clock, the information was that the officer couldn't check in because it had to be at 14:00.Then I returned again at 15:30, the information that the room was still under maintenance was asked to wait in room B1/2 with the studio room.FYI I ordered 2 bedroom room 6/35 π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘.Then I was asked to wait until 17:30 l, still not contacted by the officer.If it's still under maintenance, we should be able to leave our stuff in the room that WE HAVE PAID FOR!!!!!!!!THE OFFICER NAMED TEGUH, EXPOSED US AND THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED.THEN we went down and met the kozy officer, the funds would be returned by Traveloka. Even though the provisions cannot be REFUNDED π‘.THE OFFICER STARTS TO CALIBUTE BECAUSE THE ROOM IS STILL BEING REPAIRED.WE ASKED US TO SEE THE SCENE DIRECTLY, WE WERE NOT ALLOWED.AND AMAZINGLY HIS BAD ATTITUDE IS STRONG THAT HE SAID ONLY EMPLOYEES CURSED US π‘π‘π‘π‘the room we temporarily occupied in B1/2 turned out to belong to someone else who was waiting too. And Teguh said that the BATHROOM WAS BEING REPAIRED even though it wasn't damaged because we were there.Please don't ever go there, you are just wasting your time with bad service, the sheets are not changed.Don't open a service if you can't provide service excellence

Strategic location . but for others it's so bad. The electric power keeps snapping even though the electronics being used are available in the room. some lights are also off. The bed is not suitable. The AC is not cold enough.

Book room 17/21, the view is really cool, I didn't expect to be able to see the sunrise.The facilities are okay minus the air conditioning, the room is very hot, even though it rains from afternoon to evening but the room is hot. There is wifi, a refrigerator, a dispenser for towels, there is soap & shampoo in the bathroom, but you can't get a toothbrush, food can be delivered via WA, later at your dlobby

Comfortable room. The facilities are quite complete such as AC, refrigerator and Wi-Fi. There is an Alfamart near the location so it's easy if you want to shop for evening rations.Location close to Aeon Mall. And around this location there are also other places to eat if you don't want to go to the mall.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! BETTER OFF FINDING ANOTHER PLACE!!! Accommodation cannot be contacted at all. For 1 hour waiting at the location, the phone was not answered, no messages were answered!!
