The swimming pool is decent, but this villa only has 3 rooms, while we were 20 people, I was forced to look for a villa around Villa Casa, overall it was available and the staff was responsive

This is my honest review. Just now my family stayed for 1 night. Before leaving, I asked for a photo of the front view of the villa. A.n Aw*y Ic*n staff said they wanted to send photos but there was no follow up to me. Then when he wanted to swim in the pool using a balloon float, it turned out the float was leaking. The staff who came only apologized and said that in other villas there were buoys. It turned out he said the floats were all leaking. And after that the staff didn't confirm it with us again, so I had to ask the admin again. Only then did the admin admit that the float leak was caused by people who had stayed overnight previously. So in my opinion, the staff lacks speed and initiative to help. Please improve the service again. And provide correct information (real example: saying there is a fence at the villa, but it turns out there is no fence. Simple thing but makes visitors wonder whether this villa is really the one they are going to). Hopefully it can be looked at better. Thank You.
