Really disappointed staying at this villa, especially regarding licensing matters. We also rent here, it's not cheap. We have said from the start that there will be a wedding ceremony in the morning and a family event in the evening. We also use sound for this event and we have checked whether it is allowed or not. We also took care of the complete permits with the villa from day 1, but in the evening at 8 pm, we were visited by residents complaining about the sound of the music, even though we had also adjusted it so that the sound would not be disturbing. Then the most epic thing is that the residents who came and complained were residents who did not live around the villa.Meanwhile, the neighbors on the right and left sides of the villa were no problem and there were no complaints to us.If someone wants to stay here and there is an event using sound, it's better not to because then residents who are not actually residents around the villa will visit and complain to the villa tenant, not through the RT or the villa owner.We have paid and there is not a small budget for permits, but we are still the ones who handle dealing with these residents.The point is, we are disappointed and will not want to rent a villa here againBut the best villa keeper, his name is Farhan. When I wanted to do a survey, I went all the way and it turned out there were still guests and they weren't allowed to come in, just look outside. The initial appointment can be said to be a survey if the guest has already checked out, BUT what will the new guest check out tomorrow look like? When you were given input, the guard got angry, said don't blame me, blame my boss, right?????? It's better to just improve the coordination and management first!

I really like the size of the villa, the parking lot is very safe, it's really easy to find because it's not easy to get around... the rooms are ok, all the facilities are ok... it's definitely safe because there is security guarding it, the kitchen is also spacious.Come on, let's have a swimming pool so it's even cooler..

The villa is really nice, aesthetic and clean, spacious, comfortable, the children really feel at home here, really suitable for holding events such as gatherings, birthdays, etc. The service is really great too 🔥🤩🤩next I want to stay at Villapedia

Great for gatherings, the garden is spacious, the facilities are quite complete, there are lots of extra beds, the villa guards are fast and polite. BTW there is billiards and table soccer too
