If you are passing through Gili T, go to the Jawa house! Cloe and Ben are very welcoming, as are their employees. The accommodation is magnificent, very clean and the services offered are quality. We celebrated my partner's birthday there, the floatingbreakfeast was perfect! You drop off your luggage and they take care of everything, rent the bikes, manage your laundry, etc. This allows you to really relax. A list of recommended restaurants and bars is given by the owners, follow this list you will not be disappointed!Cloe has created a small shop at the front of the Jawa house where you can admire her pretty creations. Thank you, thanks to you I was able to have a real souvenir of the jawa house: a magnificent t-shirt.

We booked the villa because of the good rating it had and we had several surprises:1. The location: in Gili T as soon as you move away from the promenade even 200m inland, the appearance of the island changes completely. The interior area is very poor, not prepared for tourism (very dirty). Although it's a shame, it's not what we were looking for.2. Privacy: the “villa” consists of a reception and three bedrooms. It seems that the owner lives in one of them and there is no type of intimacy or feeling of privacy because the rooms are attached to each other. The concept of the villa that we had in mind is an isolated mini lodge and not inside a house.That said, it was a simple, clean room and very friendly service.

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights at Jawa House, just a great experience. Very warm welcome from the staff despite the language barrier for me.We met the owner Ben, who is a very welcoming and kind host. If you go through Gili. T.Make a stop to stay at Jawa House, because a change of scenery is guaranteed, and quality service. We didn't meet Chloe, but probably next time. Because it is certain for us that we will return to this establishment.A big THANK YOU to Ben and his team for this wonderful stay and see you soon

If you have the possibility of choosing the villa with a private pool, it will be the best choice you can make. Highly highly recommended because of how beautiful it is. Attention to detail and with very good taste. The service, incredible. Charming and very attentive.

A paradise! It was the most beautiful accommodation during our trip to Indonesia. The service was top and the accommodation was a dream. Everything was very lovingly designed, you could enjoy your breakfast by your own small pool and someone was always there if you had any questions. Thanks!

We were lucky enough to stay in these charming individual villas on Gili Trawangan. Known for being a noisy island, Jawa House offers a break in the heart and calm of the island. The cleanliness and spaces available are neat and very nicely decorated. The welcome is over and we love it.. Thank you for this idyllic break, we regret having been able to extend it

Firstly, I have to give a huge shoutout to Tono at Jawa House – simply outstanding service. He’s incredibly friendly and went out of his way to accommodate my needs, even securing a smaller bike to suit my height, which was really great as you need a bike to do most things on the island.The breakfasts here are something special; they’re both fabulous and filling. You can tell Tono takes a lot of pride in preparing them. Additionally, the owners are incredibly welcoming, offering us a lovely coffee and conversation when we got caught in a downpour, which was much appreciated. The staff is eager to assist you with anything even ordering dinner delivery.The rooms are fine, with a bit of noise from the outside, but it was manageable with some white noise from Spotify. The beds are very firm. Also there is no heavy blanket only a thin sheet which makes sense bc of the heat and humidity but it’s not as cozy. The private pool, however, was a real gem and something we absolutely loved.The location is alright. It’s fantastic being just around the corner from Jali Kitchen, the best restaurant on the island, and close to Jawa House. However, for some, it might feel a bit out of the way from the main areas. Walking is “doable” but not advisable bc it would take triple the time google maps says (pretty sure bc everyone bikes google thinks the biking time is the walking time); biking is easy to the main areas but comes with its own considerations, especially at night or if you’ve been drinking. And if you’re arriving with luggage, be prepared to take a horse cart.Would stay here again! Recommend for the chiller vibe crowd

We loved our stay at Jawa House. Our villa was gorgeous, and the bedroom was nice and spacious. We did find the bed a little hard but that doesn't affect the review. You definitely need a bike, it really helps you get about the island and navigate your way around. Both Tono and Rudi are super helpful and informative and make the best breakfast. We worked our way down the recommended eateries which were nearby and can highly recommend. Having the plunge pool was definitely a bonus, as it gets quite hot and was great to cool off at the end of the day.

A little corner of paradise nestled in the heart of the island of Gili T. We greatly appreciated the welcome given to us by Tono and the owners Ben & Chloé (advice on the island, good addresses, recommendations for activities …) nothing better to start our stay on the island!Our room with the small swimming pool was nicely decorated, very clean, it was a joy to have our little corner of privacy just to ourselves for a few days. The breakfasts are very good and plentiful (hot drink + fruit + omelette or banana pancakes). The villa is located in the heart of the island, in a quiet area and everything can be reached very quickly by bike!I really recommend this address if you want to fully enjoy the island ☺️

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and what can we say except that we found a little paradise on earth! What a pleasure this little tastefully decorated bungalow and the private swimming pool! We were even able to enjoy the floating breakfast, a truly relaxing stay. We were so sad to leave...The owners and staff are just lovely and full of good advice (there's even a little list of their favorite places).It's a little out of the way from the "active" part towards the port but it allows you to be quiet and it remains easily accessible, especially since you can rent bikes.And what's more, it allows you to be very close to the beaches to see the turtles and not very far from the Sunset too!We recommend it with your eyes closed!

We loved the room with the small private outdoor bath. The fact that it is in the center of the island did not bother us, on the contrary it allows you to be calm and far from the crowds. Everything is easily done by bike, the island is not big.Tono is incredibly helpful and friendly. Ditto for the hosts, thanks again for the advice.The breakfast deserves to be more varied but that is a detail.

We spent 5 days at the beginning of September and were more than delighted with our stay. The villas are very beautiful, quiet, located perfectly between the beaches for the sunset and those for swimming with the turtles.We were very well received, everyone is very kind, available, helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay at Jawa House. We liked it so much that we stayed one more night.Note that it is possible to reserve bicycles (essential for easy movement around the island).

Amazing villa with very nice interior and a small pool. Breakfast was nice, we asked for the floating breakfast and it was a great experience.The staff was very nice, they gave us so many recommendations and helped us rent bikes too.Overall one of the best places we stayed in Indonesia.

Had a really lovely time staying at Jawa house. The rooms are amazing! Beautiful private pool connected to your bathroom. Really big and comfy beds, best night's sleep in a while 😊 Thanks to the staff who were really accommodating during our stay, made our trip to Gili T magical! We traveled 3 weeks to Bali and the surrounding islands. This is our best accommodation of the stay!- Very convenient location close to points of interest (turtles, sunset, etc.) and a road that crosses the island- Cloé and Ben are very professional and attentive, we see that they put a lot of heart into their project. They were always available to answer our questions or advise us.- The accommodation is decorated with care, and the private swimming pool makes us feel in our cocoon- Sweet or savory breakfast of your choice, also greatOnly regret: having only stayed 2 nights. We recommend 3 nights minimum to enjoy and relax
