3 stars for the location close to Halim Perdanakusuma airport, but that's where the positives end. The owner didn't even know about the reservation made via Agoda, after I arrived she wanted to gain sympathy under the guise of small talk. Photos on Agoda, Booking and other websites are a fraud, the place looks completely different in real life. Let me start by saying that you will not receive a key to the room, the entrance door or the gate leaving the property - the owner assures that it is safe, but this does not change the fact that in your absence someone may enter your room "from the street" . The room is a fulfillment of my worst fears - the stench of damp, dirty walls with peeling plaster, dust and dirt, lots of ants walking on the floor, black cobwebs on the ceiling, every wall, window... The first thing I did after the owner left the room was to pick up a broom lying in the corridor. and I removed all the cobwebs. Dirty door, window curtain, even bedding which I was ashamed to use at all! After asking the owner why the bedding was dirty, she replied that it had been washed. Good thing I had two thin towels with me which I used as a sheet and a blanket. The bathroom is in a terrible condition, I travel low-cost all over the world and I have never seen such crap! Pigs are cleaner in the pigsty! There is dirt everywhere, stains, streaks and stone eaten into the fittings. Good thing I only stayed one night because I didn't even wash in that bathroom, it was so nasty. The best thing, however, is that on the metal shelf in the bathroom there was a toothbrush, toothpaste and a sachet of disposable shower gel left by the previous guest, which means that the owner doesn't even clean the bathroom after each guest! Not to mention the lack of toilet paper and towels, I don't know how this place has the status of a hotel. There was a cigarette cigarette under the table, which means they don't sweep it up either. There was a cigarette hole in the sheet. Constant problems with WiFi, more often no connection than working internet. Horrible, there should be some control in this place and a penalty imposed on the owner for the reprehensible conditions. As a human being, you deserve some minimum, and I wouldn't consciously leave any animal in such a place! If you don't want to be disappointed, catch a disease, lose money or be bitten by ants or spiders, absolutely do not stay in this place!!!
