At first, I did not expexcted something best, I just hope for a comfortable room for our elders. However, when we arrived at night, all staff there was very helpful. Not only to our elders but to all of us. The concierge is so helpful, friendly, and fast response to us. The door boy (or should we say door men) is really friendly and helpful also. It is like they have the best standard service for all employee. The bunk and the deluxe room are so clean that even the shared bathroom is unexpectedly comfortable. I did not expect that i would love to have a shared bathroom. The bunk bad is very comfortable and private. The deluxe room has a robe for 2 people. Free flow mineral water for all guests, comfortable and clean shared kitchen and cutlery. The place is very strategic, near 7/11, and easy to find while we use online transport, only 10 minutes to public transport and other shopping areas. The best one is they also have an elevator. I will definitely recommend others to stay here while in Bangkok.(Note: we book 1 deluxe room and shared bed room with bunk bed)

The hotel staffs need to improve their skills, rude and quite disrespectful with their fake smiles. They treats customers differently by their nationality. Is not hotel but a hostel quality, the rooms are so noisy you can hear everything also the location is just besides the road is so polluted and noisy. There is music they open is so loud in the morning at the hallway you woke up by that it is quite annoying. Sometimes you can feel the rooms are shaking due to the cars movement. At the check out day it wasn’t even 12pm yet the receptionist called and chased us out to remind we need to leave soon. They could’ve say nicely but harshly said. We stayed there for 10 days with 2 rooms.I only liked the security that work in the morning time he was such a sweet guy. The only thing that’s nice was the self breakfast you need to get early to grab some food. If you want something cheap and don’t mind the road noise and other room noise. The price is good.

I stayed there for two days before going to the airport and chose this place because of its location.It's a bit difficult to pull the suitcase because you have to cross the road 3 minutes from the airport railroad.The swimming pool is small, but there is also simple food in the common kitchen.There is always free bottled water in the refrigerator.The room was a bit small in size and there was no space to unfold the suitcase. This may be okay if you choose the right room type.There are many reviews about outdoor noise, but indoor noise is more audible.I think it will vary depending on the room location.There was a flying bug in the room and I told the staff, but the staff with the ponytail responded unkindly.Other than that, the staff and the people cleaning the rooms were all very friendly and always greeted me with a smile.

Although the room is not big, the bed I stayed in was extra large. The service was good. You don’t need to carry your suitcase to your room yourself. The room supplies are all available. It was really a good choice to stay in this room👍

Just spent 2 nights here. A budget friendly hotel with amazing top quality guest services. They really handle the guest with care and thoughtful. They provide free bottles of water for each guest.Strategic location, very near to 711, and also Ratchaprarop BTS station. Location also very safe even you going back to hotel at the midnight or early morning.Definitely gonna comeback again in the future, keep up the excellent services

Large bed in an industrial style bedroom that has had its day. Siam paragon 10 minutes walk and motorbike taxis just below the hotel. The shower, however, is poorly designed with a door that opens inwards and bangs against the sink. The staff is very friendly and responsive. 7-11 at 50m.

Spent 2 nights at the hotel. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, swimming pool was good and clean. Staff were friendly & big beds as well. FREE unlimited cold drinking water bottles, Thai style small portion instant noodles, snacks crackers, FREE breakfast eggs, sliced breads, toasts, milk, cereals. FREE kitchen & equipments to use 24 hours. Will stay there again when in Bangkok (Pratunam area).

I recently spent 4 nights at Hotel Ordinary Bangkok in a corner suite, and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was incredibly spacious, making it definitely worth the money. Despite the hotel being right next to the highway, we didn’t have any issues with noise as we were mostly out and came back late, falling asleep right away.The complimentary breakfast each day was a great perk, and the unlimited water supplied to all guests was a thoughtful touch. The hotel’s location was convenient, with many places around the corner and easy access to public transport.The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally sweet and helpful. Special thanks to the cleaning staff for their daily room maintenance—it was a real treat to come back to a clean room after a long day of shopping and exploring. I will definitely be returning!

Pro1. Good location(7 eleven is probably 2mins away, Pratunam market probably 15mins away, train station is just across the road.)2. Hotel Room is same as shown/advertised. We booked the Corner Grand Suite with Kingsize Bed. Window view directly will be the highway which didn't affect our rest. Background will be the train station and some of the high-rise buildings.3. Room facilities are good(good and consistent hot water, bathtub, free water daily. Fridge will fill/top up to 4 bottles of water during room service. Aircon is good. Gave us 2 cards so you can placed one it inside the room for power supply.4. Staffs always have a smile on their face, polite & helpful. Hopefully they will be able to continue to train/keep up such good standards.5. Free flow of cold bottle water in the fridge at the reception area. Giving it a plus +6. Facilities consist of a swimming pool which we didn't try and a place to relaxs and have your meal. You can cook your own meal if you wish to. Hotel do not have food service. I only saw cornflakes and milk which is make avaliable to all guests. All utensils are being wash, clean and refill back into the cabinets by a staff.Con.Nothing to complain about.

Great service, staff is extremely helpful and there's free cold bottled water at the lobby. The location is near Ratchapraprop ARL so it's great for getting to and from Suvarnabhumi airport. There's a nearby 711 and a local auntie selling Thai milk tea and drinks outside.However the rooms are quite small, and we barely had space to open our luggage. If we did, we wouldn't be able to walk. I recommend getting a bigger place if you like to keep your luggage open to grab things.The bathroom was quite small as well, with soap and shampoo but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The toilet and bath is in the same room, so after bathing, the floor is wet when you use the toilet. The door and wall of the bathroom is translucent, so that may be a concern if you come with friends.The room could be cleaner as well, the floor is a little dusty, and there's not many bright lights (only ambient orange lighting).Overall it was great for the price!

A cute little hotel located in Patunam right next to the center of things, very close to Platinum Mall and of course Patunam market. For those looking for massages - this is the place, the nearby street offers plenty of excellent Thai massage parlors.The De Luxe room is very small, shower and basic toilets but everything is clean and the service is excellent, very courteous and smiling! Bottled water in the fridge in the lobby is available all day. No breakfast thoughThe hotel has a shared kitchen, with bags of soup, coffee and kitchen utensils for those who want to prepare something to eat. In the morning there are breads, crackers and jam. In conclusion friends, the hotel is in the center of things, excellent service, small room. I think it is suitable for young people also in terms of the price. Come on have fun.

Recommend hotel to stay in Bangkok, very good service and price close to pratunam just 5min walk. Easy to access many shop nearby and 7/11 too. The service is very friendly and helpful. I booked family room and the room is clean and good. There also kitchen room open for 24 hour with free flow of noodle and more. Recommend to stayIf you travel to Bangkok couple, friend or family.
