Restaurant experience in October: not too crowded, the staff is very smiling and very helpful. I had the black bread burger and it was delicious, well stocked with different textures and a good amount of fries on the plate. Very good value for money, I recommend :)

We had dinner at the restaurant. It is well placed and decorated. On the beach they have beanbags to have a drink while watching the sunset, but it is a little to the south and for that I think it is better to go to one that is a little higher since they are better oriented. As for the food, we ordered a couple of starters that were delicious and a burger that was also very good. Correct, friendly and attentive service.

The two of us stayed at Mowie's for three nights. Basically really really great! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great! The location is great! The food, the drinks and the breakfast are great! We each had breakfast at Mowies and also dined once in the evening. The quality and prices of the food are great. For dinner we had the tuna tartare and the beef & chicken burger!Why only 4 stars? As mentioned, we spent three nights at the Mowies and had one of the family rooms (11), the others were unfortunately already fully booked. The room needs some love. Don't get me wrong, basically it's a great, beautiful room, but the curtains are dirty, the air conditioning only works moderately (it was enough for a good night's sleep, but had to be set to 16 degrees) and it sometimes drips, which unfortunately also damaged the wallpaper. In the bathroom, the decoration around the mirror has already had its best time. In addition, you probably need to clean the joints properly!As I said, it's a great hotel if you don't mind the aging room, it's wonderful!But we would definitely come back!

One of the best hotels you can stay in Gili Air, thanks to the entire Mowie's team, especially Ali. The hotel is very well equipped and offers you all kinds of facilities. Congratulations to the kitchen team, absolutely delicious

The most beautiful view on the island of Gili Air, we were pleased with our 1-night visit. The staff are smiling all the time and they are always ready for hospitality. Location is unbeatable so you can walk everywhere with out getting tired. They have their own restaurant in front of hotel and ı highly recommend for watch the sunset. They are bit pricey if you compare with other places in the island. And the room is a bit small so ı would say don't sleep with low degree air-con, it can makes you sick. But in the overall our best moments in gili air island.

Very good nasi goreng but the chicken was undercooked so i had to send it back and received a new one. Later i ordered a cheesecake but apparently it wasnt ready yet, so they said theyll let me know once its ready. Didnt really know what that meant but ok. 30mins later they let me know that its ready and they served it. 1. It wasnt ready. Cheesecake is supposed to be cold and firm. This one was way too soft as they probably didnt cool it long enough. Next time you should prepare it the night before or first thing in the morning so the slice can be served cold and firm as it should be. 2. Smallest cheesecake slice ive ever seen in the world, for 60k!!! Its like 2 bites, maybe 3 at the most. I returned it and one of the employees got pissed for returning something the 2nd time. I honestly dont care how many times i would send something back 10 times if its not served correctly. If youre a cheap warung and make mistkaes like this j wont complain but mowies is clearly trying to be a high level restaurant if you look at their prices (85k for a nasi goreng) so i also expect nothing but perfection, mistakes can be made and thats ok but dont complain to me that i am returning something for the 2nd time!! In europe we have a saying: customer is king and customer is ALWAYS right, NO MATTER WHAT! The sooner you understand thjs sentence the sooner you will know how to run a restaurant…

Great spot for sunset. Food was tasty, and prepared really well. Portions were somewhat om the small size. Prices were a bit higher than other restaurants. Most of the staff were authentical friendly, some didnt seem to bother to smile at all. Coffee was great from real beans.

Their coffee and breafast items were amazing and yummm. Also their staffs are very friendly and helpful. I loved this cafe, went twice. Perfect for having food near the sea. Also their indoor side is beautifully decorated. Loved it

Were in the restaurant. It was super delicious! I had a curry and my companion had vegetarian noodles. The view of the sunset was fantastic and the service was very nice
