The worst experience to stay at this hotel. The location is quite strategic, close to supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, etc. However, the condition of the room was dirty, the smell of cigarette smoke was strong in the bathroom (book a smoke-free room), there were lots of long hairs scattered on the bedsheet (we cleaned them one by one), the pillowcases were dirty and smelly, there were lots of stains on the towels (we used toiletry supplies ourselves), the room smelled stuffy and strange. Initially I wanted to extend, considering the condition of the room like this, I decided that just one night would suffice. Even then, my husband and I stayed up all night because we had difficulty resting in a really dirty room. One more thing that I didn't like was the receptionist service who looked at me cynically. This hotel deserves 1 star even less.

The rooms are ok for OYO standards. The lobby is beautiful and clean... the rooms are also quite clean... the location is nice in the middle of the crowd...

Service, location, parking, etc., apart from the room and bathroom, it's just okay. The main problem at this hotel is cleanliness. The room walls have stains on the walls under the wall tables, that's normal. Only the bed sheets, pillowcases, smell. So about 60% of the room smells, the rest is disguised by the cold air of the AC. The bathroom sometimes has a floor mat in front of the bathroom, sometimes not, it seems like it's different in each room because this is the second time I've stayed in 2 different bed models. The toilet is dirty, the trash can is the main concern. Dirty. In the twin bed room there is no shower tap so it's just a shower. Toilet paper falls off. Soap and shampoo seem to be refilled once a year. Or maybe only when someone is staying overnight. It's just the ambience of the room or the atmosphere of the room that needs to be improved. CLEANLINESS. The rest is safe for fiduciaries in the class of affordable hotels. If CLEANLINESS was evaluated by the hotel, it would definitely be busy. Maybe people come here because it's cheap and a staycation place for young people, that's why this hotel is still alive. It's a shame that it's quiet. The restaurant is good for hanging out. The AC is just cold. TV is also good. Comfortable just SMELLY (60% smelly)

The hotel is good. The staff is friendly. Strategic location near the crowds, finding food is not difficult because there is a food stall in front of the hotel. Only the rooms are not clean. The sheets are white but have lots of spots. The blanket was even worse. It was a bit black, like it had been used. The bed didn't look neat. The bathroom also has a lot of hair. It should be in the same class as a big hotel like this. Pay attention to the bed sheets. Moreover, please improve the bathroom service.
