If you want BAD MOOD / BETE / iL-Fil, please check into this Oyo RUPA hotel. I guarantee it's better to pay a little more but get something clear, rather than this RUPA Hotel. Pay via Agoda, when you get to the reception you are told to pay another 50 thousand (the reason is that Agoda prices haven't been updated yet) hello??!!.. what does it matter to us customers??? I said I would give a review on Google Business, the reception answered "yes please" without feeling guilty (not apologizing, or anything!!) Finally we called AGODA to complain, and Agoda will process the return. Turns out we just found out that we were the only ones who had the same problem... there were several reviews from guests too. Because we checked in at 9pm, we didn't want to pay because we were tired, when we arrived the room was given a single bed, even though the booking said double bed, in the end we complained because we were both big guys, it was impossible to share a single bed. Then we were given a double bed room, but it was dirty, my goodness, the floor was full of hair, the toilet bowl was stained with yellow urine... just this once was enough for us to check into this RUPA hotel. Other guests, read this review before deciding to stay here!!

Cleanliness: quite cleanEquipment: there are towels, blankets, toothbrushes, soapAtmosphere: calm, ax coldOnly .......Strange ......Everyone who booked online was asked to pay again hahaha, they said it didn't match Oyo's prices. Well, when someone booked at Oyo, they also asked for 30 thousand. It's really bad.....Please check the owner again with the human resources who help maintain the unit.It's really scary, you can't ask for the receipt.
