More than a mixed experience: upon arrival, smiling and friendly waiters, we ordered 2 cocktails for happy hour (HH), then we went for a swim. 1st part nothing to complain about.We come back and order 2 beers in HH, they arrive quickly, then 2 others and there they will never arrive but they were on the bill. Pay close attention to what you charge! We were thinking of staying for dinner but it spoiled our experience, we felt that they wanted to take the table back for hotel guests.

This is by far one of the most beautiful place I have been to. We only went for sunset drinks and dinner and it was delightful. The food is incredible (a mix of occidental and local food) and the service flawless (thank you Aziz for your kindness and professionalism).Everything in this hotel is so tasteful with an incredible sense of details. Very surprised though to see such a luxurious resort in Meno which was historically known as the wildest island of the 3 Gilliโs. Hopefully they will maintain the balance and quietness of this island. The resort has commissioned a famous artist to create an underwater sculpture right in front of the resort that drains a lot of boats and people during the day.

We didn't stay overnight but we used the services for a whole day, with a minimum consumption of 500,000 rupees (around โฌ30) you can stay for free in the sunbeds/sofas by the sea, there is also a beautiful infinity pool. We had breakfast and lunch, impeccable service and excellent food (mostly international). Resort prices but still much lower than the Italian average (we come from the Romagna Riviera and we dream of a day at the beach like this at these prices). The only flaw is the music turned on all day non-stop, for those looking to relax by the sea it's not the best.

I discovered this place while touring the island of Meno and I was really enchanted by all the facilities! The large pool overlooking the sea, the ambient music, the excellent service from the staff and the high quality food. I really enjoyed meeting Bask and the staff is incredible and welcoming! I wish you much success and I really hope to return again!

Were there today and it was anything but recommended. Food was averageโฆBut the real problem was the operation. We felt quite comfortable until one of the servants accused my friend of being single and harassed her. Absolute no-go as a service.So be careful of the one at the checkout with the crooked teeth.

We went there during the day to take advantage of the deckchairs and the service. The staff and service in general are very good. You need to count on 500k rupees of consumption for 2 people to enjoy the deckchairs facing the sea without limit all day long. The menu prices are high compared to the rest of the island but the quality is there. Itโs worth it for a nice relaxing day.

What a gorgeous place! We docked on Gili M from Gili T on a little boat and Bask immediately caught our eye. We ate there two evenings on the trot as the food was brilliant. We also spent a day using the day beds so we could enjoy the underwater statues as well as brilliant service.We were served by Aziz who was amazing. He was always there when we needed to order anything, and spent time to ask about us and tell us about Gili M and Lombok. One of the days we struggled to obtain snorkelling equipment and he offered to assist by calling his friend to drop some off for us. Nothing was too much to ask. He is an asset to the Bask team and I hope his manager sees this review!We also overheard one dinnertime a young family struggling to obtain necessities for their baby. One of the Bask waiters went above and beyond to ask his friend to bring some items over via boat from mainland Lombok. I do not know the name of the waiter, however this is a true reflection of the service we had throughout our time at Bask.All the waiters working at the bar were very friendly, and it was a pleasure spending the day there.My partner and I didnโt actually stay at Bask, however we wish that we did! The apartments situated on the front look outstanding, and next time we visit we will definitely be booking.

This is a very luxurious hotel in Gili Meno. The accommodation has transparent glass windows and a private pool, and the restaurant also has a pool.The restaurant is large and clean. I ordered ribs, pasta, pizza, etc., and the ribs were boneless and very soft. The food was overall delicious.The swimming pools within the restaurant vary in depth, with the restaurant side being deep and the beach side being just feet high. At night, they turn on lights in the water, and it was great to swim while watching the sunset. Towels were also provided at the restaurant, which was very convenient.The staff are all friendly, and most of all, the sunset is amazing. This is a place I want to visit again.
