Checkin wasn't there in half an hour, straight away checkout, the room wasn't very good, the TV had an error, the table top was rickety and not worth renting, the toiletries were also rotten, the staff wasn't friendly at all, God forbid, I asked to move rooms, I was willing to add more, but instead of being bored, it's better to go straight away. check out

Strategic location close to the safari parkThe service is very polite and the receptionist is very friendlyThe rooms are good. I've checked in 2 times at this hotel and got the same room as the first one. When I first checked in, the TV was still tube and not working. Now the hotel has upgraded the TV to a SmartTV for Wifi, thank God it's smooth, only one thing is not near the door, lots of big ants

Stay at the Arowana Safari Puncak hotel because tomorrow morning there is an event at Cisarua Villa. Order via online application, but when applied the hotel telephone number is difficult to contact, there is no AC but in the hotel facilities it says there is AC. Wifi (when confirmed, the AC is for public spaces only and wifi is only for the front room), if you want to cool the hotel room window you have to open it while sleeping and the price in the application and when you arrive directly the price is different, it's cheaper if you go directly to the hotel, the reason for the receptionist pic is because red doors, that's because the message on the application got the room at the back...hmmm. But the parking guard was ok, very helpful, the receptionists and Indra were also quite friendly.

I've already booked here, when I arrived the room smelled musty and musty, there are no AC facilities in the room, you have to have AC, this place is not up to par, I once stayed in Aljumerah, a little bit further than this, there are AC facilities, during the day the weather is great. It's hot if you don't open the door, it's definitely hot in the room, the TV is broken, yeah, in a class like this, the price is 225, it's expensive, there aren't any facilities, there's no AC, there's no broken TV, I've been in Davinci, the price is only 160 thousand, there's AC, you know, there's a TV too... , this doesn't have any facilities, it's not recommended if you stay here, think again

The room smelled and had lots of big ants, it looked like it hadn't been taken care of, the toilet was a bit clogged, aka broken... Then it was flushed with water from a bucket. I wanted to move to another room but the guard said there weren't any more... even though I've stayed here 3 times... I couldn't even get breakfast, because it was so cheap... This is the photo.

NOT REALLY FOR THOSE WHO BRING BABIESBook the nearest hotel to the safari park so you can rest straight away, but it's a zone because inside the room it's like an EXHAUST ORCHESTRA.The room is dim, the sheets make your skin itchy, the bathroom isn't very clean.Checked in at 2 o'clock and after sunset immediately checked out and moved to another hotel.

I was desperate to look for a hotel because it was already late at night and got a room priced at 255. Room number 11 smelled so bad that I asked for air freshener spray. The mattress broke and hurt when I was sleeping, so my toddler and I didn't sleep. The cupboard table was all dust. Dirty bathroom. The bed sheets also have lots of stains. Kapok

Since I first tried this hotel, I have never moved to another hotel, hot water is always there, there is a water heater kettle, towels are okay, at a price of 200 RB, don't expect seven star hotel towels. Until the manager memorizes us. If there's noise from passing vehicles, that's how it is, but my wife and I just have fun. Stayed at this hotel overnight, by booking using the RedDoorz application.The price per night is very affordable.Overall, the hotel is good & comfortable, especially the location is very strategic because it is right on the side of the Puncak highway which is close to The Rizen hotel (NOT Rizen Premiere Hotel) & also Taman Safari.The bathroom is quite spacious, with hot water that is continuously on.There is Digital TV too.At night, it's best to hang out on the hotel terrace, watching the vehicles passing by on the peak route.Disadvantages: The air blower often turns off, so the room becomes a little hot & stuffy.
