The service is okay, to be honest it's really cold, maybe in the future we can add a water heater, the access is quite deep and steep too, at night to be honest it's dark and there are lots of slippery ditches or stairs

THE WATER IS VERY COLD. THE ROOM IS DAMP, THE CLOSET IS NOT FUNCTIONING WELL, MY ADVICE IS BETTER RENOV REPLACE THE Squat Toilet, THE CUPBOARD STINKS OF WRECK, THE LIGHTS ARE DIM, THE DOORS CAN'T BE CLOSED TIGHTLY

the service is really bad, the place is very dirty, the boss likes to take responsibility when we chat, when we arrived it had just been renovated, the room smelled of urine, there was a wasp's nest too, not recommended for large events with lots of people here

February 2024, The bathroom was destroyed, the room couldn't be locked, the swimming pool wasn't cleaned, the room ceiling was worn out. Not recommended here anymore. Please repair it completely.

The location is quite good, with views of green hills, from the villa to Curuk Cilember, it only takes approximately 15 minutes on foot, but when you arrive at the waterfall location, it really pays off.

The location is in a kind of uphill alley, so it's easy to access. It's usually cool here during the day, but at night it's really cold, really cold, wearing a jacket isn't enough. There are lots of rooms, some are dormitory models, some are villa models, some are barracks models. There is a hall too, but it is quite dirty so when we had an event there we were the ones who swept and mopped it before the event started. There is a swimming pool too. Parking is spacious and plentiful. The view is really good!! Especially sunrise/sunset time. Overall comparable to the price, worth it

the fake rooms are completely different from the advertisements, you have to wait a long time for the staff to come, the rooms don't have hot water, tv, towels, they don't even have a key!! When asked by the staff, the villa was like this, it didn't use a lock, when asked why the room was different from the photo, the answer was that it was like that, everyone also complained, it was really crazy!! My wife and 2 children were asked to pay 100 thousand after saying they wanted to cancel, finally they received 50 thousand, the officers and this place were really scary!!
