I already made a booking, and made full payment, but instead I received someone else's booking on the same day. When the time was running out, they just announced it, and I was the one who was kicked out and easily told to change the date. Basically, the management service is not good, not responsive.

As for the service and good rooms and lots of other facilities, the only thing that is lacking is access from the main road, you can't enter large tourist buses, only small buses and if you walk from the front of the main road, it's very unsuitable for suitcases because the road is rocky/the road is damaged. But overall it's satisfying

Thank God for the Kotabatu 01 Elementary School Teacher FamGathering event.The villa is safe, no motorbikes & cars are missing and gadgets in the rooms are all safe.Complete ghila this villa (swimming pool, basketball court, badminton, karaoke hall, billiards, 2 ping pong tables) 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Good. The rooms are quite comfortable, have lots of facilities, and are neat.There is a swimming pool, rackets and shuttlecocks are provided if you want to play badminton, table tennis, basketball and billiards. Basically complete

Spacious and clean location. There are billiards, swimming pools and even table tennis. The open dining area overlooks the swimming pool. Very clear views of the lowlands. Recommended.

The location is close to the main road and the facilities are satisfactory but it doesn't fit a big bus so you have to have a small car... the service from the start of ordering to the location is very satisfying, there are only a few things that need to be improved, such as the karouke facility can't connect to the screen, the others are very satisfying
