Access from the highway is not too far. The condition of the villa is quite good for a small family. Room facilities: 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, family room, yard and swimming pool.The downside is that there is no outside bathroom, everything is inside the room and the kitchen is small. Very satisfied staying here. The service is friendly, questions about details are answered clearly. Affordable rental prices, good and clean facilities.- Parking for 3-4 cars- 2 bedrooms with bathrooms inside- The water heater is on- Fast WiFi, Android TV, good karaoke sound system. Advice for those who like karaoke: if you sleep at night, charge the mic battery- Full kitchen. Stove, several sizes of pans, several sizes of frying pans, sutil, oil drain, plates, lots of bowls, melamine glasses, glass glasses available, gas available, trash can + large plastic available- Gallon aqua water- Extra bed 2 single mattresses + extra blanket- The sofa can also be used for sleeping- There is a carpet for the mat- There is a corner for photos using a large mirror and decorations- In the room there is a queen size spring bed, pillows, no bolsters, there is a bed cover for a blanket. When I arrived the sheets were clean and just replaced. In the room there is also a small table, mirror and cupboard.- The dining room has a dining table, refrigerator, hot and regular water dispenser, magicom yongma.- On the terrace there are wooden chairs, swimming pool, bean bags. There are also cast-iron tables for sitting in the garden. At night the lights are aesthetically beautiful for photos- If you bring small children, be careful in the swimming pool because there are 3 depths and there is a sloping part as a marker. The ceramic floor of the pool is a bit slippery. The pool was clean, I arrived at the villa and was cleaning it. The next morning it was cleaned again.- There is an empty land area to the side so you can make mini games there- In the afternoon a meatball seller comes in and offers food. In the morning there are gemblong workers. Mayan can have a snack.- The entrance road is a bit narrow but the uncle of the villa is very kind and wants to guide the motorbike in front so you don't get confused- There is no place to rinse on the terrace, so if you want to shower after swimming, walk to your room to avoid getting muddy. But there are mops and brooms.- There are 2 bathrooms but both are in the bedroom.- There are small and large clotheslines for towels or wet clothes- The plants and gardens are neatly maintained- There are cats- I stayed with 11 adults and 2 toddlers who could sleep soundly and comfortably because the villa was clean

The villa was comfortable enough for the 6 of us including 2 children. There were no problems during our stay there. The only minor drawbacks there were were the slippery swimming pool floor, and an unpleasant smell like the smell of cat pee in the house during the time we lived there, clothes hangers and plastic rubbish were not provided, then another drawback was that there was no bathroom outside the room so if After swimming we had to get wet/wait to drain to enter the bathroom. for stalls, you can walk a little down, maybe 150m from the villa, you will find a stall that is quite complete and quite cheap, there is a vegetable seller, and there is also a mosque around the stall.FYI, towels and toiletries are not provided. You can buy plastic waste at the shop or bring it yourself. For those bringing children under 5 years old, please supervise them while in the swimming pool, because the shape of the pool decreases from the lowest to the deepest, although for adults it is not too deep, but for children it is quite dangerous.Thank you, Sis Annissa and Mr Heri, the villa keeper for hosting us well🙏🏻

The villa is cool, the facilities are also complete (room 2 includes a bathroom, kitchen includes equipment, private pool, karaoke, wifi, Netflix, everything is complete) it's just that the road access to the villa is limited, if there are 2 cars, it requires effort. Overall ok
