Facilities were inadequate, cooking utensils, not enough plates, 6 pairs of glasses, spoons, when we arrived the pool was dirty and covered in moss, the lights were off.The view is not good. Less comfortable

In my opinion, this villa is suitable and good for gatherings with family, especially those with lots of small children, because it is far from the main road, even from the gate there is a large space for parking, when I arrived the swimming pool was clean, the room was fragrant and clean, but I don't think the bathroom is very clean, but it's still ok, but the cooking utensils are not complete enough, my advice is that if you really want to cook here, it's better to just bring the utensils from home because here they are not complete and some are broken. The admin service really has to be appreciated because it's very responsive, overall it's okay and very comfortable, my family is happy. Thank you, Villa Sasuke🤍🙏🏻🙌🏻

The admin is not friendly and responds very slowly, sometimes he replies 2 days later. The villa has lots of flies as if it is poorly maintained

In my opinion, this villa is priced at 1 million and is really recommended for a staycation or event, friends, comfortable, clean and really private with a view at one with nature. 😎😎😎 the best thing is that soon we will have a birthday pool house here

The villa is actually really good, it's aesthetically pleasing, the service is also pretty good, but unfortunately the villa isn't clean enough, the bathroom and rooms don't have locks, the sheets aren't clean and they smell bad, maybe as an input to pay more attention to the details that are lacking like that and improve them for the comfort of the customer , thanks

I stayed on 9-12 July 24, from the previous review until my stay, almost nothing had changed, the peeling vinyl floor had not been repaired, the kitchen equipment really needed this, please upgrade it properly, the previous review was correct, the handle of the pot was broken , the frying pan is broken, the stove is broken, the stove on the left has to be stirred first when it is turned on, it's really scary, the kitchen set handle is broken, the kitchen set ceramic is loose. the bathroom smells, it looks like it's coming from the drain, the smell reaches the room so it makes it uncomfortable. In the room near the TV room, sleeping was really disturbed by the noise of the water machine continuously running. The cleanliness of the villa was lacking, until I got there I was still sweeping the floors & carpets because there were still food leftovers, maybe from previous guests I knew that the dust was quite bad... but thank God there was a fan in every room, it was quite clean & worked well. Luckily the villa guard was helpful & responsive, we arrived at the pool before it had finished cleaning, but the guard immediately gave it a fist and it was ready to be used... firewood had been prepared for burning the bonfire, complaints about the sheets were immediately responded to & replaced, even though the sheets were new. Please, the facilities can be upgraded again, it's a shame that this villa is still new, comfortable & the view is good... hopefully in the future it can be improved & it will be more popular...BTW, at the side of the alley entering the villa, perhaps there could be a sign so we don't get lost, then we ended up going astray into the next villa... 🫠Oh yes, the breakfast menu tastes delicious, and the coffee at the restaurant next door is also delicious...

Honest review, it's true what all the reviews on this place say. The bed linen was not replaced, the pool without chlorine irritated the body, some of the furniture was damaged, the kitchen equipment was incomplete and the frying pans were not suitable, the yard looked like it had not been maintained, there were lots of cigarette butts, dry plants, the guards had to be retrained/replaced because they didn't seem to follow the soup, smelly bathroom, leaking toilet, no soap available, vinyl peeling on the floor, hot, no clothesline, broken shower. Sorry, this is the worst villa with service and facilities I have ever visited. It doesn't match the price, the management is better than other places.
