Honestly, I have been living there since 2022, 23, and 24. Honestly, it is a clean and excellent hotel. There is an equipped kitchen. If someone comes alone or with his wife, it is better to live there. Instead of a large and expensive villa, the price is reasonable.. Brother Qais, the hotel manager, is cooperative and has a beautiful manner

I do not recommend living in it. Its cleanliness is low. It is a small kitchen and there are no utensils. The hand sinks are all closed. Two rooms and a hall with one air conditioner. In the bedroom there is a very dirty sofa or sofa in the hall. The bed covers and blankets are worn out. The smell of killer insecticide and the rooms are saturated with it.

The service was not satisfactory, the gas stove had not been installed and there was no regulator, there was no customer service number for complaints when at the hotel and got a room without a balcony at a hefty price

Beautiful rooms, excellent service. I thank the owner, Fahd, for his good treatment. The hotel is very clean. I advise everyone who visits Puncak to go to the cheap hotel.
