Thank God, on the day before we checked in, it was still empty or no one was checking in... So we could check in earlier at 10 am... 🤗The karaoke sound and mic are great...The staff at the villa are fast responding and very friendly...The only downside is that the hot water in the bathroom is very limited and lots of stray cats come in. Once I saw a cat peeing on the synthetic grass balcony on a sitting cushion.Hopefully in the future it will be better...Thank you Villa Zein... It has made us all happy..🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰

Super ugly villaThe price is 6 million for a shabby villa with no air conditioning, it's stiflingly hot and not suitable for TikTokI'm sorry about this villa, there's no water to pee, it's not recommended

Highly not recommended1. Small water supply is not suitable for a villa with a capacity of 7 rooms2. The villa guard is very uncooperative, ignoring visitors' complaints3. Narrow parking space4. Too expensive for the overnight price of a villa here with a swimming pool that looks like it hasn't been looked after, 6 million but far less than a villa which is 3.5 million, with payment 4 days before checking in. Other villas are usually paid for when we check out. It is clear that this villa only hopes for profit without providing good service5. Very different between videos (very unfair)6. The contact person number is very slow to respond, except when asking for money hahaha
