Highly recommendThe villa is really nice, neat, clean, very complete with eating and cooking utensils, there are toys for children such as congklak and chess, the garden is spacious, there is Netflix, WiFi is all working well, you can do karaoke too.The guard, Mr. Atan, is also very friendly.It's full right when you want to book. I'll definitely come back sometime 😊😊😊

The owner is too strict, check-in time is 2 pm, we arrived at 1.30 but the gate was closed tightly and there were no villa guards to open the door, while the villa was in gg. It was narrow, in the end we opened the door ourselves so the car could enter to park first, but the guard was also afraid of being scolded by the owner, because it wasn't time to check in... The old building wasn't well maintained, it was a bit haunted because my friend was possessed in the front room... Kapok I'm here again... When I called, the owner didn't want to answer the phone... It's really bad

Just like its name, it is indeed the homiest place! It's like your grandma's home, full of warmth and love. Such a good price for 4 bedrooms with max 10 pax capacity. It's a vintage building and old style but that's why it's homey. The villa is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, the fridge is super clean, the hot water is perfect. The swimming pool looks like a natural pond and so beautiful, although the water wasn't so clear and it's probably because of the rain (rain does that to pool). We enjoy the facilities like the bilyard table and the karaoke (although one of the mics needs a little repair). Pak Atan the villa caretaker is amazing. He is very helpful. Our family had a relaxing stay and would love to come back one day 🧡

The villa keeper is not very friendly... just asked here and it turned out there were durian trees but the answer was... they still take a long time to ripen... elehhh it doesn't connect... I can still buy it if it's just durian fruit...

OWNER IS NOT POOR TO CUSTOMERS HAVEN'T CHECKOUT BETWEEN EXTRA CHARGE CAUSES THERE'S ADDICTION TO PEOPLE CHARGING IT AS WELL AS CUSTOMERS WILL RUN AWAY AND WON'T PAY. HEHEHE NOT RECOMMENDED

Suitable for family holidays..There are 4 rooms consisting of 1 large room with a private bathroom, refrigerator and private kitchen and 3 rooms and 1 shared bathroom and a large kitchen with complete cooking equipment👍There is Karoke and a pool table...Very comfortable and the vibe is like being at home 🤗🫶

Cool place, the house is designed in German style, there are antiques, there is karaoke and a pool, the rooms are spacious, not hot, privacy is safe, recommended for those who want to go on holiday

Comfortable place, for large families or events with lots of people, enough parking for several cars, adequate facilities, everything is ok...Only the access road is a bit narrow, especially for large body cars, but safe because the traffic from the main route to the destination is quiet.
