The hotel is dirty. I checked in to my room on the 2nd floor. There was a pile of dirty plates from guests' breakfast on the table beside the road I was walking through. Until the next morning it had not been cleaned.So get disgusted and fill up first..

1. Services & FacilitiesSome of the staff's service was a bit lacking, they looked unfriendly and rarely smiled. Calling the receptionist was a bit difficult, but as soon as I got through, I didn't finish what I was talking about and immediately turned it off.The hotel facilities (pool) could not be used because it was said to be in trouble but there were visitors who were swimming but were left alone.2. Room ComfortThe room is quite spacious, but a bit dusty, stuffy and smells musty. The warm water in the bathroom doesn't work.3. Cleanliness- In my opinion, the cleanliness of the hotel is very poor, there are lots of caterpillars everywhere, even in my room there were 2 of them that came in.- Pool cleanliness -> looks dirty and mossy.- The cleanliness of the bathroom is a little less clean, some are rusty and a bit slippery. Crusty bath. The bathroom frame was starting to break down so there were wood chips.- In my opinion, the cleanliness of the room is lacking because there is still dust, the bed is also dusty and makes it itchy, the floor also has caterpillar items near the mattress and entrance.4. FoodI think the food tastes bland.For breakfast (free - included), in my opinion it's not enough, the vegetables taste bad, some of the flour fish is not fully cooked.I ordered food from room service and the results were:- the order came very quickly,- the order was wrong because what was ordered and what came, didn't complain because I was lazy, if I complained and replaced the order would take longer,- the order tastes bland, and cold for some menus5. In my opinion, prices during high season are still expensive compared to what you get.

Come to break the fast together, there is a package of 75k/pack. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, complete facilities, only the hot water doesn't work, what a shame. Even though everything is ok, the swimming pool water is not that chlorine. Parking is also ok. Overall ok, except for hot water.
