Can't do karaoke, and there's no mic, it's difficult for YouTube, only 1 gallon of water, the sofa is a bit hard to lie on, the gazebo smells like a goat pen underneath belongs to the residents. The price of 6 million doesn't match the quality.

Actually, this villa deserves 5 stars. Because the cleanliness of each room, the facilities and the taste of the delicious catering food are slightly above average. However, there were several things that quite disturbed us during our stay for 5 days and 4 nights before New Year 2024.1. The condition of the TV remote makes it very difficult to operate. Karaoke and YouTube facilities have become very difficult to use2. The condition of the billiards is quite poorly maintained, with maintenance and a little repair it could increase the comfort of the user3. Often the neighbors next to the villa burn rubbish (or dry grass) which causes the smoke to fill the comfort of the entire villa. And this lasts all day, not just 3/4 hours of effect.4. The water gallon allowance is only 1 gallon of Le Minerale during the stay, so the calculation is not multiplied by the number of days you stay. Whether it's a day or a month, you still only get 1 gallon.5. Survey people often come to see the place while we are inside. If you just look from the outside, that's still fine in our opinion, but here guests are walking around freely taking photos and videos in all directions, including when our family is swimming (our family members who wear the hijab really object)Overall we had a great time together with our beloved family

Honest review. My extended family always spends time at the villa at the end of every year and this is the best villa. Very clean, comfortable too. The rooms are big, neat, clean. The bathroom is big too.. What's certain is that this villa is the best.. It's good 👍clean and very comfortable ❤️❤️❤️❤️ the view is also really good.. The best thing is

An excellent villa with a large area, including 7 rooms with bathroomsAnd an outdoor swimming pool, but there is a problem with continuous power outages and the air conditioners are very hot (more than one person in the comments has had them, including me) and there is no air conditioning in the sitting room, only a fan. The price is very high for the poor services they provide.

First time staying at this Villa and I was disappointed because:1. The water in the villa died so those of us there had to wait for the water to be repaired first.2. Coincidentally, or if we didn't examine it again, the mattress in the room I was in was actually underground, there was no ventilation and the window had fleas on the mattress. It is very uncomfortable to have bumps on your hands and feet from being bitten by more than 10 fleas.3. In the morning there was a very disturbing smell of goats, because there was a goat pen under the villa, maybe it belonged to local residentsPlease improve it because the place is actually quite spacious, there is a swimming pool, enough parking for 8 cars, quite a lot of rooms.

The villa is luxurious but not pleasant, when you check in until you check out, clean water is scarce for cleaning activities, etc., so you have to use mineral water to clean (the management must be alert about clean water). And the smell of burnt smoke from the local residents' goat pens in the afternoon...

Water water water.....This holiday at this villa felt like I was in a drought refugee camp... from the start of checking in and checking out the water wasn't running smoothly even though it was there for only a moment then it got smaller and wasn't there any more. This villa has a pretty good view, with a fairly large swimming pool, new building and spacious rooms, but what should be taken into consideration by prospective renters is:1. The water is problematic and this is very fatal, the flow is small, even dead, making it very, very difficult to shower, defecate, wash dishes and pray. Please maintain the clean water facilities in this villa.2. Air pollution around the villa because there are residents burning rubbish, and there is the smell of goats around the swimming pool.3. Limited parking for 7 bedroom villas.4. The access road to the villa is quite steep and when we arrived the gate was not opened by the villa guard, so it was difficult for us to enter the villa because in front of the villa fence was a steep incline.5. There is no rinse room near the swimming pool, so we had to get wet into the villa.6. The room lights are yellow, so they are less bright and dim.
