the building and cleanliness are really good, but it's a shame that the service is not fast and polite, hehe...Next, maybe the front office can review the SOP again, or maybe the team needs a little more brainstorming and training for excellent service. and for checkout we really weren't allowed to go after a minute after 12 o'clock, we had to go out and be reminded in the morning🥲 even though in most places you can be a little late for worship for Muslims, but so far all good, thx Al Marina👍🏻

Nice and quick treatment when you need any service and a safe place. There are guards for the complex, comfortable and good treatment from the workers in the complex. I highly recommend it.

The water was dead in the morning, there were no officers to check the condition of the water, you had to wait until 8 am for the staff to come.No soap is provided for washing dishes.

The place is nice, comfortable and the family likes it. It's just that when we arrived, the power went out 4 times, and the generator didn't cover the entire villa area and when the power went out the phone couldn't be used. So you have to go up and down to the FO to have the report corrected.Be careful of the entrance to the villa area, local residents have been complaining about it saying it is a one-way route, different from the route directed by gmaps and waze.But it's recommended to visit again
