The interior design of the room is modern and makes you feel at home. It's quite homey and not stuffy. Unfortunately, many rooms don't have windows with a good view. Even though the breakfast menu is not very complete, the taste is quite OK. The facilities in the room are complete, unfortunately the facilities outside the room are still lacking, there is no gym, garden, swimming pool. This hotel is suitable for a short stay or a place to stay for workers who have lots of activities outside during the day and come home late at night.

Quite Overrated, if it is in the 4 star category. The food is less varied and the taste is also lacking. The room is not like a 4 star hotel, the warm water in my room became cold when used for a long time. The voices of people in the corridor could be heard clearly. The location is not strategic, it's quiet at night. There are no public facilities such as a swimming poolHowever, the staff service is very good,

The hotel is still in new condition and quite clean, with a modern design compared to other hotels in Tanjung Pinang.delicious and varied breakfast, cold AC, clean bedsheet, clean bathroom, complete amenities, there is a mini refrigerator too.minus: the room is not soundproof, the next room can be heard chatting and the door slamming quite loudly

This hotel is all good, only one thing that makes me not feel at home in this hotel is that it is very noisy. There was no confirmation from the management to prohibit guests from shouting in the hallway and lobby.When I said that, the receptionist just said yes. Imagine that every night, at 10-11 pm, it's break time and you're still screaming, but you don't get reprimanded.Stayed 4 nights so it was torture. But for room cleanliness, the location is all goodHopefully it can be improved again.

The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is very simple not a lot of options.
I asked the front desk to help me book a taxi. And they said they won't help people order taxis. Which I find quite ridiculous. For someone who is coming to this town for the first time and the hotel not willing to help to order a taxi is quite irritating

I have being there 5 times since last Nov’23, 5th visit is very very disappointed and upset on 29-Jun-24, book 2 rooms.I am staying at Level 4, directly opposite where there is a room reserved for bride, i guess so. The whole night full of people chit chating at corridor, walking around and door open & close, lasted till 7am. Understand this is not the special event issue, it is the poor hotel management.All rooms do not come with sound proof, so you can imagine sleepless night. I complained to the staff, it gets softer for less than 30min and back to as noisy as before. So how many times do i need to complain?Why can’t the hotel management do it better such as reserved the whole level just for the special event?I do not have any satisfied explanation, just “so sorry” from the staff and in charge is not around.Do you think saying sorry is good enough?I will not think of staying there anymore for my business or vacation trip.

Staying here for 2 nights from 29 jun to 1 jul.Booked 3 rooms for the stay. 2 deluxe double aka feeling room, 1 deluxe twin room from agoda.The room is big for deluxe double with window definitely 24m2 (assigned 1 room at level 4 and 5), however please note for deluxe twin room booking from agoda. While it says outdoor view, i was assigned a no view room (way smaller compared to the deluxe doubles and seems like a normal 20m2 instead of 24m2) at level 2. I verified with reception that this is indeed a deluxe twin. See video. If you are booking twin, beware.Room came with issues:L5 room had a bug during book in - requested for cleaning. It's cleaned and all good.L4 room no issues.L2 room had stained bedsheets. It's changed. There's sewage smell coming from toilet. No window to vent. Saw a spider when showering. Floor is very dirty, had to request for cleaning.Apart from that, they are professional and friendly.Note if you are light sleeper, the walls could be quite thin, can hear L1 kids screaming from L2 rooms, Lift sound if you somehow is near. But most of the time, it's tolerable and quiet.

The hotel is good and very comfortable, the location is also strategic in the city center and only a 10 minute walk to Aau Bambu.And the service from the Alltrue hotel staff is also very good and responds quickly.Highly recommend this hotel if you go to TJ Pinang.

Overall the hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the service is good, the interior design is fresh and aesthetic, even though the room I got was a bit hidden, the room was quite comfortable, the lighting was sufficient, it's just that the water was a little salty, like distilled sea water. Maybe I will stay here again, if necessary, near the Sri Bintan port
