I have to be willing to leave this apartment without staying overnight (I'm willing without asking for money back) even though my eyes are really sleepy, tired, but my body can't accept having to sleep in such a dirty room.The appearance of the apartment from the outside is quite attractive, clean, the corridor is like a 3 star hotel, but when you enter the room it is unbelievably dirty, smelly, there are cockroaches, the white sheets and pillows have turned gray (never replaced, just sprayed with perfume) the pillows have a lot of hair stuck to them, the mattress concave, in the cupboard there is dirty bed linen rolled up. The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom and toilet were really dirty, lots of cigarette butts were scattered everywhere. I'm not a very clean person but I wouldn't be able to sleep in a room that dirty, I'd rather sleep in the rice field. Security and receptionist are not friendly at all. When I read the review, it turned out that the rating was really bad. This is my first time renting an apartment daily and I am very disappointed.

the room is not good at all different from the one in the photo.. the mattress is really bad. The springs came out and hit my leg until the wound bled.. the TV didn't turn on because there was no signal.. the wifi also couldn't be used,, and the room it's also not clean...

Worst place to be....so dirty, full of rats, construction is still going on day and night , u cannot sleep or study. Unstable internet and so expensive. When I contact their service, they tell me nothing is wrong with Internet: living 3 months without wifi. It is the worst place I have been in in my life....

Got a room with very dirty, smelly sheets, dirty bathroom, broken shower, bucket and scoop were not provided, TV and AC were dead, balcony door was broken, I asked to change rooms, they were told I couldn't change rooms because I booked via the application, but at least I wanted to Booking via any application is worth it because we also pay for bookings using money, not leaves

This was my first time staying here, I really had a really bad attitude plus the room was very dirty.1. I was staying alone with my friend and brought a lot of things, there was no initiative to help, even I was the one who asked for help, but that's okay, I don't mind because it might be different from the service at the hotel.2. I was moved rooms twice because there was damage to the room facilities, while I was really tired and carrying a lot of things, at least I should have checked first before the room was sold to guests.3. The room was very dirty as if it had never been cleaned, the bed looked like it had never been changed so it was itchy.4. When I checked out, I had left something behind and there was no confirmation from there, even then I realized that something had been left behind at night while I had received it from the afternoon, when I confirmed the answer from there was very inappropriate, instead I blamed came back without any apology at all. Even though I forgot, there should be good and polite communication, because I asked in a good way.5. When I went back there to pick up the item, I asked the security to help me get on the motorbike, but again I received very inappropriate treatment, namely the security shouted at me, saying 'come down, it's time for me to get on the motorbike'. I was very surprised because there were so many people and I asked for help in good language.Please improve the service system again and be able to respect guests more except that I didn't pay to stay there, there was a very bad attitude and in my opinion it wasn't worth it to stay there again with very bad facilities.

Booking via Traveloka still had 5 rooms left but when I arrived it said it was fully booked then I was given the option to say there were 2 rooms left but the price was different because it was already late in the end I just wanted to do it and asked to refund the ticket from Traveloka, said this was a better room because it was more expensive, I know hmm it's the same Just a suggestion, for the price of 250 thousand, it's the same class as an apartment, especially as this doesn't have a quiet pool or garden that is child friendly, it's not very large, please clean it especially, then the bed sheets have lots of cigarette holes, the room smells of cigarette smoke, the AC isn't cold, the towels and blankets smell musty. Very nice, and again please provide complete toiletries

1. Strategic location near the center of Depok city and near the toll road, just go inside and access it by joining Jalan Kampung2. The swimming pool is not available, it doesn't look like it's rich, but in front of the apartment there is a water park, just cross it, guys.3. Spacious parking4. He said a super block would be built
