Hmm where should I start. Let's see....There are several types of rooms. Some use AC and some use non-AC & non-fan. My experience was staying in a room with AC.450k = Deluxe double (room with double bed).400k = Deluxe twin (room with twin beds).The big difference between deluxe rooms is actually not that big of a difference. In fact, you could say it's invisible. But yes, back to individual preferences. What kind of bed do you want?Honestly, what can be said to be "okay" at this hotel is just the rooms and location. Yes, it's worth it for the price of 400. The rooms are quite clean, equipped with AC, TV, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom is pretty good too. There is a water heater, although the shower is clogged with a water hole (so the water coming out of the shower is small). Get amenities (bar soap, toothpaste and toothbrush).(-) no breakfast.(-) the bathroom smells musty. And I don't know why it doesn't go away even though I've sprayed it with air freshener many times.(-) AC and TV remotes often jam and break. So you have to complain to the receptionist.(-) noisy windows. Being hit by the wind directly is like being shaken by someone.(-) there is no electric kettle (water heater). Hot water is delivered to the room using a hot water thermos. The second night I didn't even get hot water.(-) the mattress was hard and I got a smelly pillow.(-) MUST add an extra bed (100k) if there are more than 2 people in 1 room. Even though in better hotels, if 3 people fit in one cashier, they are also allowed not to add an extra bed.Strategic location in the center of Pangururan city. Even though you can't get breakfast, you can find easy food (lots of restaurants/stalls), close to the Pangururan waterfront and Indomaret.(-) parking is quite difficult. If there are a lot of visitors to the hotel, you may not be able to park (especially cars).(-) full stairs. So if the room is on the 3rd floor or above, the increase is quite good.What I want to highlight is the service. There was 1 male receptionist who was the most impressive 🤗. Rude, curt, not friendly to visitors. God forbid hahaha.1. Hot water for drinking is delivered to each guest's room. But there is no provision on what time it will be delivered.The second day in the morning (I stayed 2 nights), I told the male receptionist (nicely) that my hot water had not been refilled. And he answered curtly, "That's it later tonight, bro." Oh okay I thought, I'm going to walk out of the hotel anyway. But it turned out that until midnight when I returned to the hotel there was no news of hot water.2. My room key deposit was said to have not been paid even though I had already paid.It's called a deposit, paid when checking in and returned when checking out. But when I checked in I was not given proof of deposit payment.When checking out, he said I hadn't paid the room deposit. In fact, they have a rule "room keys will not be given to guests if the guest has not paid the room deposit". Well, the room key is with me, I've slept for 2 nights. There is CCTV at the reception, but when I asked to play the CCTV again they said it couldn't be done🤧, only the supervisor can play the CCTV.It's enough just to stay here once. I actually had to because the hotel I wanted was already full. So it's an experience 😂.
