A new hotel that is partly still under construction (03.10.24). Especially on the outside and the top floor.Friendly welcome and good service. Nice room on the 5th floor. Extensive breakfast buffet.The hotel is approximately 45 minutes from the harbour.The only negatives are the poorly maintained swimming pool and a noisy air conditioning system that blows outside on the terrace.

The karaoke room is so noisy you can hear it in the lobby. This is the first time there is a hotel where the lobby room is very noisy from the karaoke room.Service at the reception was also very slow so it took a long time to get to the room.
