There is a price and there is quality. This apartment is cheap, but that means don't expect the same quality. The building doesn't seem to be maintained, even the green swimming pool isn't cleaned, what's that like? The hallway is also dark with minimal lighting, like the apartment is not well maintained.

I really have to review this apartmentThe first time you entered, the front desk service was friendly and clearly conveyed the informationThe environment of the apartment is very dirty with the lift not functioning, one of which hinders the mobility of guests, the lift always smells of cigarettes and there is even cigarette packs, even though inside the lift there is a sign saying "Reprimand if someone smokes"The public areas are really dirty, the walls are full of footsteps, the corridor floors are really dirty and dirtyThe room was very disappointing, the old furniture made the atmosphere even more creepy, the damage was ignored, the bed was actually clean but it still smelled really bad, cigarette burns were clearly visible on the blanket, the pillow was very smelly and looked like sweat stains mixed with dust and was black crustyThe bathroom is very unhealthy, the exhaust doesn't work, many of the walls are broken, the lights are very dim, I'm afraid to enter the bathroom, the closet is crusty as if it had never been scrubbed with porcelain cleaner, it's really black and crusty, there are no amenity facilities (towels, tooth n paste , soap, shampoo), no bath met, only 1 handul was given and it was like a used ragThe atmosphere in the corridor outside is very noisy, lucky if you stay with fellow guests who maintain an attitude, if not like what I experienced, it's really noisy, like sloppy and no manners, the door closes very hard as if it was deliberately slammed and doesn't know the timeAt 02:23 I woke up because the room next to me was noisy and the door slammed shut, very disrespectful to other guestsParking is normal, the officers are also friendly and provide clear informationFor travelers who want to book this apartment, please read reviews from people who have stayed thereBecause reviews are very helpful in determining where to stay when we are on holidayHopefully I will not repeat my bad experience staying here again and will not regret it in the future for prospective travelers or families who want to vacation in JogjaSorry if this review is very honest, but that's what happened and I experienced itManagement, please improve the rules, the management is very, very dilapidated, even though the price is cheap, we still pay in the form of money, no matter how small.I occupied room U2-005

Service apartment, entry access is quite confusing because it is directed by GPS along a verboden route. The facilities are very limited and the apart condition is still under construction.

The price is suitable for the facilities, but the cleanliness is not paid enough attention and it is very unfortunate. And the view in front of the apartment is lots of rubbish. The only thing I really care about here is cleanliness. Because it's really not clean in my opinion.

Hi Volks, I was there and it was quite a bad impression. The room was dirty, outside as well as the environment was also dirty and dark. It wasn't worth the money.The bathroom was dirty and smelly.

Very dirty place. The pictures do not show what is going on there. No clean floor, no clean bathroom, no nothing. No clean towels. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Not worth the money and not suitable for eurpean standards.
