Friendly staff, spacious parking, but this is a boarding house but also provides a hotel, the price for the entrance is according to access and it's not far from Jalan Seturan or campus, only because they rent it out for boarding houses for campus children so sometimes at night it's a bit noisy for families or staycation, the rest is ok, entry facilities are provided with drinking water, warm water towels are available

I stayed here from 21-25 December 2019. I really don't recommend this place. When we first arrived, the room floor was not clean, the toilet was dirty. The next day I asked to clean the room, in the afternoon I came back to the room when there was still a cleaner there and the furniture was very grumpy. But I just ignored it, kept smiling, and went out again. When I came home the toilet and bed sheets were still dirty. But I just left it because I was tired. The next day, when I was going out, I left the key again and asked to clean it. This time the one at the reception desk was the grumpy lady who was the cleaner. With a smile and politely I asked for help to clean the room. The mother answered like this, "Oh, don't clean it every day, sis. I'm busy." Wow, okay, this isn't exactly an inn. Actually, it's an exclusive boarding house where some rooms are rented daily. But I pay daily, the facilities I get should be daily! I also don't have a broom in my room to sweep myself, if I had one, God forbid I would talk to someone with a loud face like that. There was never even a receptionist. Every time I want to get my keys (I always leave my keys because I don't want to lose them when walking outside) I have to go around the place looking for the boarding house guard. Once, when I wanted to get the key, there was no one there, I just took it myself from the hanger. I'm too lazy to look anymore. What's worse, it's better to pay a little more expensively elsewhere than here. Which actually isn't very cheap either, whether it's because of high season or what. But the service is really bad.

Back to Griya Alsis again, a routine trip to visit the children. The place is clean & comfortable even though the price is low. It's easy when you have to buy necessities for children at the cottage or buy food because of the strategic location. The staff are friendly & pleasant, thank you, I hope you continue to maintain the quality of cleanliness, comfort & service😊👍

People who I have trusted have been making their own rules for the residents with their deceitful lies so to the owner of the Griya Alsis boarding house, please help me. treat it well because mother as the owner of the boarding house has not realized for years that mother has been lied to and fooled, so my good advice as the owner of the boarding house is to improve the service system. Why trust and rely on people who have been lying to you for years and father as the owner of the boarding house, feel sorry for the residents who So far, it pays if you trust a good liar more than the residents and for old residents, be careful not to follow the rules of a servant who likes to lie as long as the owner doesn't live in Alsis' house and for new residents, be careful about providing any data, even if it's just a photocopy because someone Those who are believed there have rotten hearts and are full of deceit, especially Mrs. Marni Ponijo, a big liar and ask for the original written price list from the owner of Alsis House which matches the signature of the owner's ID card. This is a true story of their rottenness. Be careful with the name of Mrs. Marni Ponijo, ask for the telephone number of the owner of Griya Alsis who is active before boarding and lives there for boarding, thank you
