I think it's a nice place, but...So, initially I looked for a place to stay that was cheap and close to the office location in Gading Serpong because there was a mid-semester exam and I couldn't possibly get home (South Jakarta) on time. I decided to go to the daily boarding house behind SMS because I had stayed there but it was EXPENSIVE (160 thousand/day). Finally, just for fun looking on several accommodation rental platforms and I found this place because the price was cheaper (130 thousand/day) and the place was in Piazza Mozia. It's still close to the office and the environment is nice because I've passed through that area.Long story short, after debating in my heart, I decided to book here for 5 days and 5 nights. Before ordering, I asked the admin and he was quite helpful. When I checked in online, because I had already seen the reviews, I was a little worried because I had to take a photo of my ID card and a selfie. Hopefully it won't be used for various things, Manager. After checking in, we get an email containing the room details and find out which block we will stay in. Here once again, the admin was helpful with the questions I asked.The condition of the room is okay, the floor is clean, there is 1 600 ML mineral water, 1 glass, Android TV, cold AC, toothbrush, small soap, towels, trash can, 4 clothes hangers, roll cable, quite spacious table and chairs, but unfortunately the pillow cases are quite dirty and there are unused pillows stored in the cupboard. You should just pull it out of the room because the smell is quite unpleasant. Oh yes, I got a room on the 1st floor so I didn't need to make an effort to climb the stairs even though I would have preferred a room at the top.In the house I live in, there is no kitchen. So, for the cheapest class, there is no kitchen or gallon. My advice, just buy 20 thousand gallons of mineral water or several 1.5 liter bottles. We can also ask for the room to be cleaned and tidied like when we first arrived and it's FREE. Even the towels were changed and amenities added.There is a mini market in the shophouse near where you stay, you have to walk about 100-200 meters. Mini markets open at 7 am and close at 10 pm. There is a coffee shop and several sports shops, especially bicycles, because the shophouses there are used as resting places for bikers who ride the streets of BSD every morning.What I also like is that it is very close to the MOSQUE at the back of the cluster and there is a special road to get to the mosque. Then you can wake up early because of the mosque's toa. I don't know how people other than Muslims who live around that area feel, but maybe the management could have a discussion about reducing the volume of the mosque's toa a little.Advice for those driving motorbikes, add a double key. Even though I stayed for 5 days I felt good and safe, but there's no harm in adding security so I don't miss anything.I will stay here again sometime if I need to.

Pleasant stay at Two spaces. I have stayed here since last October 2023 and keep coming back because the service is good, the staff is super responsive, the room is spacious for me and it's close to BSD CBD, Aeon and ICE BSD too. The price relatively affordable compare to other accomodations in the neighborhood.
