Staying 7 nights here was very satisfying....kmr is good, the furniture is not fake and the area is 29 m2. The owner is very kind and responsive... those who sell a lot of food can walk and do laundry around the homestay. If you go to Jogya, you will definitely come here again.....but try going to GuruGiri too. Top 👍

Homestay with a European architectural feel, really futuristic which makes your holiday feel like stopping at a star hotel but getting the privacy of living in your own home. The location of this home stay is close to the city center and there are not many homestays located around Jogja that have this beautiful texture.

Was having a very pleasant stay here.It was a homestay with 3 rented private room. What you see is what you get literally. The host provide real picture of her premise.Booked my room through airbnb, it was easy and communication with the owner was smooth, she answered my question promptly and clear. I also requested fridge with additional charge which not much really.The design of the place are functional, from the room until the small balcony behind. There's door separating the bedroom and the rest so you can comfortably receive guest. I can say it's designed well. The bed and pillow are comfortable and the sheets smell really good.I stayed for 2 weeks and the host informed me that they'll not clean the room daily, instead it'll be weekly to change the sheet and all, but you can always request to clean (sweep, mop, clean the bathroom) anytime. Their housekeeper is around to attend you, you can call or message him.They have parking space which fit 2 to 3 cars.Water dispenser provided.Food stall was everywhere. You can choose from numbers of variety around the premise. Also gofood always an easy way out.The only drawback was ants. You cannot keep food/drinks outside, it'll attract ants. For me it's not an issue as i keep all food/drinks inside fridge. Just need to wipe clean the floor after eating then you'll be safe.Overall I enjoy my stay and would definitely come back again.

The room is exactly in the photo. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Each room has its own living room. There was a problem with the AC but it was immediately handled and resolved. The guard is friendly and kind (Mas Edi), the owner too (Mrs. Feli). There are only local TV channels. It's close to Jalan Seturan Raya so finding food, coffee and laundry is really easy. In front of the homestay there is an Indomi stall open 10 am - 1 pm. The location is not on the side of the main road so it's not noisy, good for resting. If I go to Yogya again, I want to stay here again.
