MasyaAllah... A pocket-friendly, comfortable, safe, clean place to stay. His father is very kind and kind. Thank God, I got a free room upgrade too... There's a swimming pool, kitchen (so you can cook), free coffee/tea and then there's hot water for bathing. Very strategic location... Easy access, easy to go anywhere. God willing, if I have the opportunity to go to Jogja again, I will stay here again... Feels like home.

PelemKecut Double-Degree Accommodation is one of the best homestays I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The lovely, warm owner, Gatot, makes you feel right at home without being intrusive, creating a perfect balance of hospitality and privacy. This charming homestay offers a variety of room options, all centered around a refreshing pool that adds to the rustic appeal of the place.One of the most fascinating aspects of PelemKecut is the owner's artistic touch. The property is adorned with intricate batik fabric, meticulously crafted and displayed by Gatot. These homemade designs are a treat for the eyes, providing endless entertainment as you marvel at the intricate patterns and colors.The amenities here are top-notch. There’s free WiFi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit. Each day, you're treated to free tea and coffee, including 3-in-1 and flavored cappuccino sachets that are regularly refilled. The availability of free hot and cold drinking water and the use of kitchen facilities add to the convenience, making it feel like a true home away from home.Our stay was made even more special when Gatot saw me with my two kids and generously offered us a free upgrade from our originally booked shared toilet room. He was always spoiling the kids with local donuts and treats or bringing herbal fresh tea to our door many evenings, a gesture that exemplifies the genuine care and hospitality you can expect at PelemKecut.The location is another highlight. It’s quiet and serene, yet conveniently situated. A mini-mart, tailor, and the cheapest fruit stand ever are just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this place for people looking for a stay in Yogyakarta. The owners are welcoming and very friendly, willing to help out with anything. The place is being renovated, so don't expect pristine rooms, still some work in progress. However the beds were very comfortable, and the atmosphere of the place more than makes up for any mess there might be. Overall, very good value for your money and a lovely place to stay. Near restaurants and shops too.

Initially I had a bad perception about this accommodation because many accommodations were rejected because they were overbooked. Apart from that, when the owner was called out, he didn't bother. But after staying for a day, I finally asked to extend it because I was already feeling at home. The owner is really nice, no calculations. What do you need? Help immediately. Have broad insight, so you can chat about anything. Thank you Mr. Gatot, thanks to you, my holiday, which at first I thought would be a bad memory, turned out to be something I can remember for the rest of my life. Be patient for those who are just staying overnight, over time you will feel the comfort of this accommodation like your own home.

I booked through Oyo and still got kicked out. Can't get a refund either. the service was not polite, the officer used a high tone to explain. I don't recommend staying here. For Oyo, maybe there is no need to advertise for this hotel. Thank You

Very disappointed, I came at night from out of town, I was tired, when I arrived at the place, it looked like a haunted house, pitch black, when I called, no one came out, asked the local residents, it turned out that before we arrived, there was also someone who had the same fate as us, I wanted to complain, I was confused about where to go. While we reserved our SDH via the Pegi2 application, then we called the Oyo application that we ordered to claim the SDH that we ordered but it turned out that we had to contact the Pegi2 that we ordered, here is the cellphone number that can be contacted from the Oyo application when we called it and it wasn't active, we were disappointed Once on the Oyo and Pegi2 applications, please pay attention, if there are a lot of complaints and it doesn't meet the standards, don't install the application again because it's a pity that many people are cheated, for travelers, please think twice before ordering, it's better to look for another one, because I Also ended up looking for another accommodation nearby because it was late at night when I arrived, this was the worst experience I have stayed in in history, don't let you experience the same thing

To those who ordered from Oyo, please check the condition again, it is completely different from the photo on the Oyo application. Where the inn asked for additional money because of Eid. Oyo asked us to just check out if it wasn't appropriate, we followed his instructions and it turned out that the accommodation didn't check us out, even though we had said goodbye and he even said he couldn't return the extra money he asked us for. So it made our refund process difficult, even though he first suggested contacting Oyo. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. The place for drying towels has chickens.

For those who want to book via Oyo, please think again. A bit disappointed because I found out about the existence of this hotel via Oyo. Finally ordered at Oyo. Already paid in full in advance. Because I wanted to make sure I had booked, finally contacted. Admin contact. It turns out that the hotel and Oyo are no longer working together. The hotel asked to cancel. Because I thought it would be automatically refunded, I immediately canceled and planned to order manually but in the end it didn't happen. Position still on the road, confused because from out of town, low battery, alone, in a hurry to get to the event. Confused & panicked, finally decided to choose the nearest hotel. When I checked again it turned out that on Oyo the funds couldn't be refunded or I chatted with CS live chat but there was no response. Advice for the hotel if they are not collaborating with Oyo, please revoke access to the hotel profile on Oyo because it is really detrimental. Initially I was attracted to this hotel because it was cheap and looked homie, so I had a feeling it would be very comfortable. It would be a shame if the advantages of this hotel were drowned out by less than good reviews because of the problematic dealings with Oyo. So please consider my suggestion. For anyone who receives my funds even though I haven't received my rights yet, as a boarding house kid who works for a salary that is still minimum wage and only needs to stay on holiday, I just want to say F u!!! Hahaha

Staying here feels like staying at home, the atmosphere is really homely, makes you feel at home, especially as there is a swimming pool right in front of the room. The prices given are very affordable with various facilities, warm water, swimming pool, air conditioning, and even snacks.
