There are several things you need to be concerned about if you intend to stay here:1. Even though it is rented per room, the building here has a pavilion model with 2 rooms + shared public facilities (living room, kitchen, TV). So you will have a co-living experience with the occupants of the next room, unless you choose to rent the 2 rooms then the building is completely yours.2. Unfortunately we cannot predict the behavior of the residents next door if we can only rent one room. I discovered when I first arrived, the condition of the communal space was like a broken ship, aka a mess with things, food and small children's toys. In fact, when I woke up, there was milk spilled and seeping between my bedroom doors. PLEASE the owner can be more strict with his tenants because I feel they are EQUALLY paying. It wouldn't be funny if, for example, tenants end up fighting and fighting among themselves, right?3. Limited car parking area. Can accommodate around 6 cars in PARALLEL (2 rows). So yes, you have to be prepared to have the door knocked every time there is another car occupant behind your car who wants to get out. Unfortunately, the management again does not provide enough information about this on its Tr*veloka page.Additional: I ordered a premium room with the facilities listed including a TV and wardrobe but I got an ordinary private room. Well that's that then...

Not bad, KL is just a transit place.Yesterday we ordered a Deluxe room for 4 people, hy with a budget of just 200 thousand.The rooms are spacious, king and queen size beds.The AC has to be set so it can get cold, okay.The TV can be used to watch broadcasts with several channels, which is good for making the atmosphere even busier.The bathroom is quite clean.For the cleanliness of the room, it's enough, there are pins left on the table, leftover rice drying in the sink...And it seems like the staff forgot to give me towels and toiletries...Or maybe you can't get it... ๐(But how come it's there in the application...๐ฌ) Luckily I was prepared to bring towels and sanitary equipment. Safe... ๐There's no receptionist, so just look for the guard. ๐
Parking is sufficient for 3 guest cars and maybe around 8 motorbikes...But you have to be careful, because there is no plaque with the name of the inn...Near KL, I want to go to a coffee shop that is open 24 hours, there is also a Madura shop in the front alley.

cheap and complete. the air conditioner is cold, there is wifi, the kitchen is sufficient; there is a dishwasher, cooking utensils, gallon, rice cooker, shared bathroom but that doesn't matter, there is also a socket provided. Maybe the only minus is parking, it's a bit narrow so it's difficult. thank you
