Nice place, especially the pavilion at the front of the parking lot. But divided by two, top and bottom, make one. Near the vegetable stall, the staff is quite friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately, to cook, we were told to buy our own gas cylinder from the hotel, 50 thousand. I think it's included at a price of no more than 1.3 millionWhen we wanted to check in we thought we had to wait quite a long time to get into the room, just like the hotel style of checking in at 12 o'clock.So, if you rent a pavilion, there are still hours to make a booking, so you won't be bored when you arrive very early even though the room we rent is empty.

I didn't expect it because when I got there the road conditions were up and down and also damagedBut really full service, the view is okay, the rooms are okay, the rooms are really cool even though they don't use AC, wow, that's greatNext time I will come here again with my family because the swimming pool is free to soak in and it's already stretched hahafree karaoke, children's playgroundBreakfast is also delicious, the food is top notch ❤️🔥But the bathroom is a bit slippery, sayyyyyy hehe

The place is strategic, the room is spacious, lots of choices, there is a large field for family games, there is a swimming pool, there is karaoke, views of the mountains, really recommend it

Recommended resort...its cozy,lovely and quiet,everything is very good,the employees are friendly and can be chatted with and can also be asked for help if you need something...handy and kind...the owner is also friendly and responsive to everything... Facilities starting from karaoke, billiards and swimming pool are great... it feels like you just have your own... the rooms are also clean and smell good but not cheap, you know... hot water, water etc. are great... prices too very affordable and the most important thing is that the family is all happy...see you on our holidays Bonarindo...all are well done...thanks for everythings

The view is cool and the place is very spacious. Suitable for families and those who want to rest away from the crowds and noise of the city. Even though it is located a bit inland and not on the main road in Puncak, it actually has the advantage of being far from the roar of cars and motorbikes passing by.The service is also good and pleasant because it is managed by a very helpful family. A home while far from home!Oh yes, try the sour vegetables, creamy fried chicken and the chili sauce...it's a winner!!!

It's not recommended to stay here, those with good reviews don't believe it, the service is not friendly anywhere, minors are not told to share a room with their parents unless they are adults, what is said to be an adult is a child who already has an ID card, this child is still under 7 years old, we were told to separate rooms from our parents, we even went on an Umrah to Mecca there, the children were forbidden to separate from their parents, this is a resort. Yo, that's strange, we were told to refund them to Traveloka, apparently after confirmation from Traveloka, the owner asked for a penalty of 57 %😜😜, he said on WA, refuse my haram money, O resort owner, why do you still want to eat it? I'm so poor myself, it seems like people have to rent more rooms for children who still need parental supervision...If someone has a good review, don't believe it, maybe it's all relatives/friends🤣🤣🤣, I'm saying this because I have proof, yes, he said he refused my ill-gotten money, but it turns out he wants to eat it too... licking his own spit 🤣🤣🤣 👅👅👅

Book here with the 2 bedroom villa type which has the front position compared to the other rooms.It has a very spacious family room extending to the dining room. Lots of large window openings so it's not dark at all. However, there are still several things that the owner must pay attention to so that the accommodation runs well.1) incomplete kitchen equipment. Maybe those who want to come here can buy disposable plates/bowls/spoon because they are not available. Magicoms and pans are available because we request them. Gas is not included and costs 50,000 if provided. 1 Gallon of free water. There is a dispenser with a choice of hot water and regular water. There is also a refrigerator which is cold. Only the water tap in the kitchen sink was broken and only tied with a neat rope. The stove hose had to be replaced because the stove had difficulty turning on.2) There was 1 bathroom with a bathtub where the sprayer was broken, the dipper was broken but a new one was immediately given. The condition of the toilet is crusty and needs to be brushed and cleaned. The bathtub is slippery but hot water is available well.3) between the 1st floor (our floor) to the 2nd floor is open. So that outside guests on the 2nd floor can look down. There is no privacy4) The shallow swimming pool is suitable for children but the cleanliness is lacking. Dirty water and lots of leaf litter.5) The bed sheets had blood spots on them and the floor had a lot of dust. It would be best if it could be replaced and cleaned.6) The side door is broken and must be lifted manually to close it. Because it is close to the employee toilet, privacy is not maintained if it is not closed.7) no towels and mats. There are also no toiletries so you can bring them personally.

Villa rooms & villas are available, the employees/staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities are ok, such as the children's play area, swimming pool, fursal billiard field, karaoke, etc. The view is good, the distance to the warung is very close, next stay here again

Yesterday I stayed here for 2 nights, when I first arrived the yard was dirty, there were used rags & leaves that hadn't been cleaned. The real minus is that the water is really small so if you shower you have to wait for the water to fill up and it takes a long time, the water in public places is better than here😭 even though it's not free to pay, the staff is also indifferent, not friendly at all, in fact the owner is more friendly. The windows were all open and couldn't be closed even though there were lush plants next to it, it was really scary when snakes came in. The toilet door was also hard, it took a long time to add gas, it said it was 12 o'clock but it didn't come until I had to remember again + the gallon was delivered very late in the day. Yes, the point is that there are a lot of minuses, no more. Hopefully everything will be fixed, because my family was really disappointed staying here🥲 they had to check out at 12 because it was no longer comfortable so they checked out at 9 or so.

I ordered a 6 bedroom villa, very disappointed... the toilet in the room under the door was rickety and gave off a bad smell... kitchen equipment wouldn't be given if I didn't ask, it was very dusty and worst of all, the water sometimes died...The plus is that the field is very spacious... there are only 3 people in the villa so it's very cramped, but it's very good... please improve the cleanliness and renovate the damaged ones
