Just horrible, impossible to sleep super noisy all day all night, rooms next to the bar. NOT WATER AT ALL, you can't get shower or even flush the toilet. NEVER AGAIN. BOOK ANOTHER PLACE!!

Fatal, we arrive, we ask for a room and then they hide so as not to give you dinner, in the morning they have breakfast in front of us and then they say that there is no breakfast in our face, apart from making noise in the morning and not letting you sleep well...

A very suitable homestay for those who plan to climb to the Ijen crater. The location is only a few tens of meters to the Paltuding post. The parking lot is very spacious.There are several room options. Available for two to four people with a shared bathroom, or three with a private bathroom. Buildings such as huts are built from wood. The air felt cold inside, but there were quite thick blankets provided in the room. The rooms are relatively clean. The employees are quite informative. There are hot shower facilities for guests which are very useful considering the cold air in the Ijen Geopark area.Here you can also rent respirators and trekking poles which are needed to climb the Ijen crater. Below there is a hangout place that provides Indomie food and hot drinks.In the early hours of the morning before the Ijen portal opened, this place was busy as a gathering point for groups of climbers.It should be noted, this place only provides rooms. Toiletries and other equipment are not provided. The rate offered is still reasonable considering its very strategic location. Climbers can rest before and after climbing here without having to drive again to accommodation outside the Ijen Geopark area, especially for independent climbers.Suitable for independent climbers who will climb to the Ijen crater. Suggestion, the bathroom for guests could be further improved in terms of cleanliness.

It’s the best place to stay if the goal is to go to mount ijen. They will pick you up at 2am but either way all the noise and cars parking and people getting ready you won’t sleep after 1am.I strongly recommend you book a guide as well, for a safety matter!They will ask you for money to get a health declaration. It is not a scam or fraud. They won’t let you in without. Our guide told us a person died recently (2024) so it’s their new policy for foreigners

Very happy to be able to stay here... very strategic location for climbingThe weather is really nice...Only when we stayed it was a bit noisy, especially when there were people karaoke loudlyThe view in front of the homestay is also good... I highly recommend coming here

Horrible experience for service! Person at the desk was not willing to help us with questions about our trip to Ijen. Scam prices for transport back to harbor. Bad hygiëne in both bathroom as toilets. I would not recommend this homestay if you do a short trip to Ijen.

There's no free breakfast, the downside is, there is, but if you buy it yourself at a relatively expensive price, it just doesn't feel right.The location is the best.

Homestay which is very close to the entrance to the trekking route to Ijen Crater. Located next to the Gunung Rante Camping Field. Homestay with several rooms with wooden buildings that warm the cold mountain air. In front of the room there is a cool view of Mount Rante. Complete facilities include blankets and warm water too. There are stalls too and quite a lot of seating. Often used as a stopover at the end of Ijen until the evening.

The most comfortable guest house around the TWA Ijen gate, satisfactory service, just a snack to satisfy hunger which is also delicious & quickly served, the rooms are quite neat & warm, enough to withstand the cold weather of Ijen
