For managers, please really1. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Arrived, the room was dirty and damp, the floor had lots of dirt (termites), especially the bathroom, the glass was blurry, the stains had been splashed with water and hadn't been wiped, plus there was a toothbrush used by the previous guest which hadn't been thrown away.2. For the TV there are no channels at all (can't be seen), the AC is noisy (buzzing).3. Mineral water was not provided every day, plus tissue was not provided.4. The bathroom does not have a water heater.So it would be a shame if a large and strategic place like this was not properly maintained and cleaned.Other than that, friendly service, smooth WiFi, spacious parking for cars and motorbikes, you can park directly in front of each room.

Good evening, I want to share my experience of staying here, overall it was good, the room was clean, neat, the mattress was soft, air conditioning, TV, clean bathroom, decent wifi, and all the facilities in the hotel functioned well. The friendly service was almost perfect, only marred by a misunderstanding that occurred because the hotel employee was still an intern and I myself was also guilty of this misunderstanding. But apart from that, I 100% recommend Gelora Wisma Athlete for anyone who wants to stay in Banyuwangi 😁
